Owner Robert Burger, owner of Sign Masters is a joke that only plays games. I spoke to him on the…read morephone and he was telling me how he works out of his house and is on dalisis and needs tohe money to pay for medical bills. I sent him some images and he gave me a quote. So we set up a date. I called before traveling 200 miles to ensure he was well, able and willing to keep the appointment. He went on to tell me he didn't have the material to keep the appointment and I should give him the money to pay for him to pick up the materials so he could do the work. He wanted me to meet him at the compay where he buys his materials. I explained i was way tonfar to travel to his suppliers so he simply told me i could pay him on Facebook like everyone does and I wasn't comfortable with it so i told him we would do it next month and asked if he would have material then. Then suddenly he tells me that i have to pay at least half up front. So, i started feeling suspecious and said if he would have material around the beginning of the next month, i would be willing to drive to his house for him to do the work. He again assured me he would have material so we decided on August 7th. I spoke to him once on the phone and he said he had my art and old email address. I called him today, the day before the 2nd appointment, and left a voicemail with my contact info. Then this guy calls me several hours asking for a lady. He hung up so i called him back like 20 times and he kept ignoring my calls. Never did he respond to any of my dozen emails and apparently he's just playing games and trying to take people's money
