I have seen the future and it is VR gaming. This arcade is located in the Westfield Mall, on the upper level, by the food court. Being that it is in the mall, parking is not an issue. The only issue that you will have is parking by the door that the restaurant is located. I did the full body 360 experience. The guy working the floor recommended Z City and said that it was the most popular game, so that is what I went with. The guy was very friendly and helpful, he was patient suiting me up and guiding me if needed. The experience was very realistic. I caught my self ducking and dodging. The part were I had to walk over some "virtual" planks were so real and I was extremely carful as to not fall off, even though in reality, I was on a flat floor. That game took about 30 minutes and was very fun. If you go here and play this game, I will just give you one tip..."head shots". You are welcome. The 360 games are the most costly option here, but in my opinion, also the most fun. They also have VR laser tag, VR motor cycle games, a VR ride, and other stationary VR games. But as I mentioned, I recommend the immersive 360 VR experience. They have about 6 games to choose from. This experience was awesome and the friend that I was with enjoyed it as well, even though, I had the highest score at the end. I will definitely be back soon. I highly recommend checking this place out. It would be an awesome team building event. I may have to pitch it to my job. read more

My family and I tried this VR park for the first time and we have been wanting to for a while now! So overall, the experience of the VR was super super cool. We played City Z which was a really great, immersive gave. When zombies attack you, you do feel it from the vests you where which was a cool experience. There's also another part of the game I won't spoil but it gives a super realistic feel!! Makes you alittle scared as if it's real life!! I think the game and the time length and quality is worth the price. What my family and I weren't too thrilled about where the process on how to sign up for the VR and things of that nature. I'm not sure of the name of the person working tonight 1/20/24.. but he just seemed a bit timid and soft spoken which made it hard to understand how to sign up, schedule a game, and hear the rules of the game. When we first walked up we asked about starting a game and we were told that we had to wait 20 min because the VR was charging, understandable! But he did not get us signed up.. didn't give us a time to be back.. didn't give us anything to hold our place in line.. so we had to keep checking back in to make sure 1. We were still up next and 2. If the charging was complete. Which was kind of frustrating. They also were only taking cash because the Apple Pay wasn't working. I understand it's not someone's fault for the Apple Pay not working but it can be really inconvenient to have to pull out bascially 100+ dollars in cash. Then once we finally got it, we still had the waivers to do, which I just feel like that could have been something we could have done while we were waiting for the chargers to finish so it was completed ahead of time so we could get in faster. In the end, the game experience was super awesome, but the customer service experience could definitely be better and improved in my opinion. read more

I had my child's birthday party here and I had mixed feelings... I'll start with the good: The price is very reasonable for what you are getting and their physical setup is great for a party. They also have a lot of different VR game options which makes it easy for kids to try different things. The bad: The people who work here are VERY enthusiastic about VR, to kind of an obsessive point that made the whole experience not that much fun. They miss the mark on understanding the social etiquettes of how to handle a child's party. I'm actually shocked nobody else has said this who has done parties with them. In the course of the party, they asked me 3 times if I was paid, which I was, but apparently they couldn't look it up before asking me multiple times. And they did this in front of other parents which was embarrassing to say the least. They got upset when people were running 5-10 min late trying to find parking and literally harassed me about when was every single person showing up. Again, we're talking at the most 10 min late. They asked me if I wanted the kids who were there to start and the rest could join when they got there, so I said sure. 3 min later our last kid came and they completely changed their story and told them they couldn't join and had to wait 30 min because they missed the intro. They were so pushy about all the kids and parents trying certain VR games and put my daughter in tears because they wouldn't leave her alone about playing a particular game. I paid for 3 games, but because the kids only wanted to play 2, they got upset and told me I have to "convince" them to play. What does it matter if I'm paid? Why do you even care how many games they play if I've paid for them? I have never in my life been more stressed during a birthday party and wasn't at all able to enjoy the time with my kids and their friends/parents, which is the whole point of having your party at a venue. They came over to me about every 5-10 min with some kind of complaint the entire length of the party. I've done kids parties everywhere... Dave and busters, ice skating, gymnastics centers, rec centers, etc.... never in my life have I experienced what I did at this place. If you're an adult who is really into VR and want some place to geek out about VR, then this place works. But if you're just trying to have a fun new experience for your child for their birthday, I don't recommend it. read more

Recently celebrated my son's birthday there. Rafael and team were really helpful and accommodating to our party. The open space of the location is great for a party setting. All the staff was professional and courteous. The whole time there was fun from start to finish, the kids had a blast in the arenas and throughout the other VR games.. They even had new games that the kids enjoyed like mummy hunting using archery which the kids raved about. I can't recommend them enough! read more

This place is amazing!! My kids did the CityZ VR shooter game and did the VR rollercoaster!! My kids said the zombie game felt realistic, had multiple levels and had boss fight at the end. The VR rollercoaster was amazing and it felt so real!! We will definitely be coming back!! Highly recommended!! read more

This is my first experience going to a VR arcade. Price and ime isn't bad at all. I timed the gameplay after seeing the 1st review. Results is that we did get the full 30mins of game play, which is plenty of time to finish the game. My group of 6 people had fun. Only gripe I got was that sometimes I'd run into someone else in the room, so the player placement wasn't entirely accurate. I would still recommend coming here. read more

Seems like a great IDEA and a lot of fun. Problem was I didn't know how to get started. I went into the place 3 times and was looking around. No one acknowledge, nor did I know if any one was working until the 3rd time. I think the counter location has a lot to do with it. They should have someone near the door to drive traffic and welcome people with a pedestal that would help people get started and answer questions. It is not like going to the grocery store where it is a normal occurrence. I got more information from the pamphlet then anywhere else. read more
