My family and I have been going to the Pennsauken location for years since it was $1.99. I had been a loyal customer lately who ever the new General Manger is have been treating me very unfairly. The GM stated that they want to charge me more to dry clean because I choose to have my clothes bagged separately. Malani Who works at the Pennsauken location and her team is amazing. They are always so nice and helpful and help me out whenever I come to The store. The GM seems to have a problem with me, stating " it's causing too much work for the staff" what does it matter if I bring 50 items or 50 people come in to have 1 item bagged, it's all the same. If the GM continue this, they will lose a dedicated customer, not only my self but my entire family that uses the Pennsauken location. Again, thank you to the amazing team at Pennsauken especially (Malani ) she is always the nice and helpful And deserves a increase! This place is horrible. I really don't understand why it took me this long to stop going here. First, for some reason, the buttons at the top of my shirts constantly break off. Probably from them adding too much startch. They do replace the buttons at no charge. So that tells me others have the same problem. I will not be back to this place. Every single shirt I took to be cleaned and pressed had to be pressed again before I could wear it. The arms, back and front were still wrinkled. It didn't even looked pressed. The clothes I picked up last week had a strange odor to them and so I had wash them again and iron them myself. I've switched now and I'm hoping the new place does a better job and takes pride in their work. I went to your laundry mat to put in some close for dry clean. the workers where rude and very nasty to me. they didn't iron my close right was full of creases. And when I went back because they didn't do my clothes right the worker said that how we do it u don't like it u can leave and don't come back. I just moved here from Lake Tahoe, so why not spend a night when you first move out east at an evening ball requiring SEQUINS. I managed to get by for 16 years in Tahoe wearing nothing but jeans and flip flops, so Jersey, you are KILLING me. Anyhows, I dropped off the clothes here at 7 AM and they were ready for pickup after 4 PM. Easy peasy and dang, that's cheap. Make sure you have your receipt on hand. Then he tried to get the manufacturer to pay for the jeans. We had been customers for years with no problems. We understood for the price, we would just bring shirts that needed simple cleaning and pressing and let the items with stains for the other places. During 2 recent trips, they cracked the top buttons of my husband's dress shirts, breaking the entire button off, but leaving the part where it is sewn onto the shirt on. They never mentioned anything to him when he picked them up, and he only realized it when he put them on. After the first time, he shrugged it off, thinking it was just a one time thing.. mistakes happen. But then it happened again during the next trip, and he was furious. Not worth the savings if they are going to break his buttons every time he drops his dress shirts off. So considering the price this is a pretty decent place for dry cleaning. What I have noticed is that they don't clean the shirts properly, I could see stains on dry cleaned shirts and also they won't press the shirt. I think it's not a great place for giving shirts. And also they have recently increased the price and they take cash otherwise they will charge extra fee if you use card. read more

I have suspected for a long time that this dry cleaners does not iron anything. After receiving a particularly untidy, un-ironed, batch of supposedly dry-cleaned clothes from Any Garment Cleaners today, I called the store and asked if they iron anything. I was told NO, THEY DO NOT IRON ANYTHING. They send it through a steam machine. What is a steam machine? This is horrible. I wonder now if they even dry-clean anything. It's definitely worth what I'm paying. Gotta know how to work the system. Pros: -Fast. If you get your stuff in by 9am you can pick it up the same day, after 4pm. -Cheap. They always have coupons. In the mail, there is one for 99cents per piece with the coupon and A COUPON FROM COMPETING CLEANERS. I usually take most of my stuff all at once for this price. -Gets the job done. I've never lost buttons or my clothing from this store. Maybe I've been lucky. Cons: -Could be cleaner. They're not amazing at getting rid of the spots. On a side note, I've been able to save the bags they wrap your clothes in and reused them to take my clothes back and from college. Definitely saves space and makes it much easier to pack and unpack, as I just have to take off the bag, undo the rubberband at the top of the hangers, and place the hangers in the closet. The morning of 12/23 I dropped off 2 tops and came back at 4:10 to pick them up. The woman wasn't able to find them and she and the "production manager" spent until 4:45 looking for them while I waited. I asked several times if I could come back to help look since I knew what to look for but was told no. At 4:45 they told me they found them and they hadn't been cleaned but they would clean them right then if I could give them 15 minutes. I asked to see the clothes to confirm they were the right ones but was told they were already in the machine being cleaned. I asked if it would really only take 15 minutes since I had groceries in the car, children at home and had already been there for 35 minutes and I was assured yes because they were the only clothes in the machine. However, the clothes didn't come out until 5:15, after I'd been there for more than an hour, and only one of the tops was mine. They then went to the back of the store for more than 5 minutes. When I finally yelled back to them to find out what was happening, they said they found my other top and were cleaning it then. Once again, they didn't confirm it's the right top and expected me to wait for it. I could wait since my groceries had been in the car for over an hour while it was 60 degrees out, I had to pick up my kids and, as one might expect, I had a million things to do before Christmas. I asked her for some sort of receipt for my top and left. I understand mistakes happen and I was very patient because of that. However, the whole situation was handled very poorly. From not letting me confirm they had the right clothes, to telling me the process would take 15 minutes instead of 30, to not even having a manager come out to apologize for the fiasco. At that point Since they knew the top that wasn't ready was the one I planned to wear Christmas Eve, I would have expected them to offer to drop it off at my house that night after it was finally cleaned. When that didn't happen, I at least expected a call from a manager or owner on Tuesday apologizing for the fiasco, but nothing. read more

I've been using them for over a year. I have to admit I was skeptical because of the low low price, however I was pleasantly surprised. My garments have always been well taken care of and cleaned. Even my whites come back looking great. I got really friendly with one of the young ladies (she doesn't work there anymore). She was always so polite, smiled and held a friendly conversation every time she saw me. I'm sorry some customers ( more than most) seemed to have had a not so good experience. I posted a 1 star review about this place back in 2017. They had about 4 star rating back then. They had ruined a nice tie, nothing fancy just a $20 nice tie from Nordstrom Rack. I only wore it once, dripped sauce on it, since it was silk brought it here for cleaning. Figured $1.70 was worth saving it. Well they stretched and warped it in the process, I only noticed it when I wore it next time and by then the blue tag they attach had long been removed, it was a total loss. I took it back with my next pile of dry cleaning to raise the issue. Since I didn't have the little blue tag attached to it the manager told me how do they know it was their fault. This, while I was dropping off a new huge pile of dry cleaning. It would have taken him a second look up my account and see I spend hundreds of dollars there a year. So why am I here repeating everything? 1. I do t know if my update will endd up in the same thread. 2. I just received a message from Kevin, I suppose he was the manager who suspected I was there to scam him out of $20 on that day, stating they are sorry and if it is not too late yadi yadi yada...... Wow took them only 3 years to acknowledge a mistake. I gues only when your ratings fall to 2 stars you start worrying. Btw, I never went back since then. I was delayed because of a family emergency. I needed a dress for my daughter to attend my best friends wedding and Any Garment Cleaners closed at 7 and I had to leave for the airport at 5AM! Management arranged for the dress to be ready for pick up before I left for the airport in the morning. They accommodated me and sacrificed their sleep schedule just so daughter could have her dress for the wedding. Ok I understand this place is great on price and convenience, but I feel thats not worth it if you sacrifice quality. I've taken my dry cleaning there for the last few weeks and I am now up to 7 buttons broken/missing on my dress shirts. I average about 8 shirts a week for four trips, so I find this unacceptable. Also the pressing job on pants/shirts isn't really that great, most of my clothes are still fairly wrinkly fresh from them. Another small thing that bothers me is they use some sort of tag gun to put the little label thing on pants and sweaters (instead of like looping it through the belt loop or something) so you have to cut them off with scissors rather than jut tear away, which is small and stupid but gets to be annoying every morning getting dressed. Finally they don't accept credit cards which is another downside. All of this, to me, is not worth the price and I'll be on the lookout for a new dry cleaner. read more

I think this place is great. Now I have only been there once, but had no issues whatsoever when I picked up my clothes. I dropped off my boyfriend's suit, my evening gown and a pant suit. They can't crease pants correctly, the press on my shirt sleeve cuff looked like it was pressed with a garden miller, and my brand new pants that were brought in for the first time got ink stains all over them! And each of these incidents were all on separate occasions with the ink stains being the last, which they never fessed up to. No integrity, no standards, no further business from me. read more

I'm Military so during the week of Veterans Day the girl I dropped it off with was effecient and polite. They didn't red tape me on materials they will and won't charge for like their sister locations. The next day, the Cyril Murphy looking guy went the extra mile to give me a second day free even though as he explained the ad of all November means 1 free time once throughout the month. Very accomodating. His partner (Ginger) upon hearing my vow to write a glowing report said Thanks from across the way. If I can give this place no stars I would! The Any Garment Cleaners in Cinnaminson ruined a 2 year old comforter that I had. The manager, Kevin, who should have taken responsibility and accountability tried giving me a store credit. I know what you're thinking, why would I continue to give my business to someone who has already destroyed an item of mine?! Definition of insanity: doing the same thing over and over again, expecting a different result. Kevin then said, "you just want me to say I'll give you cash back!" I said, "damn right!" Don't get suckered in by the price. They do an awful job with your dry cleaning. I had constant missing buttons and even a red stain on my white shirt from the red tag they put on your clothes. They do not have a tailor so if your missing buttons its like "oh well too bad." The last straw was when I went in to pick up my clothes and brought them home and they were still wrinkled and had a musty smell. The customer service is also poor!
