Last week, I called Sears Carpet and Upholstery Care and made an appointment for today to have the carpet cleaned and deodorized. Phil and Jerry left about an hour ago. Those two are miracle workers! What a difference. First, they treated the carpet with something that removes pet odors, then they steamed the filth away. Now the carpet looks and smells like I never had bad tenants! If you live in Central New Jersey and need your carpets cleaned, call Sears Carpet and Upholstery Care and request Phil and Jerry. They're simply nice guys that are professional, friendly, and most importantly, they do a good job. Unlike certain other carpet cleaning businesses, (I'm talking to you, Stanley Steamer) these guys don't pester you to buy add-on services that you don't need. The job is done at a reasonable price and it takes less than an hour if you have a small 600 sq ft apartment like mine. I don't know where this company's "home base" is, but I'm assuming it's in Monmouth or Middlesex County. If anyone can provide more information about location, hours, and/or website, be my guest. I have a picture of the rug where the two tags were ripped off the rug leaving the plastic tag holders in the carpet. As a result of these two experiences, I would not recommend this gallery.
