Use these cleaners for awhile, primarily for work shirts. Generally ok. However a few weeks ago I took in 7 items including some slacks and a sportscoat. The items have come back on dribs and drabs, but I am still missing several. on July 19,2023, I brought in 11 sweaters that belonged to my late wife to have Dry cleaned. when I went to pick them up they noticed 1 sweate was missing. John the owner told me to come back in a couple of weeks and if it didn't turn up they would pay for the missing sweater . I called them on August 23 and the daughter of the owner told me I would have to wait another two months and then they would decide what to do. Is this any way to run a reputable business? read more

If I could give a ZERO, I would! First, the attendant (found out later he's the owner) took in my cotton dress shirts as "dry cleaning" (@ 2.99 per shirt) instead of "laundry" )@ $1.50per shirt). Didn't realize until I came back to pick up tthe 10 or so items. He also took a Jewish religious prayer shawl (called a tallit) and charged me $8.99 + tax to clean it, thinking it was some sort of "household item", probably a table cloth. (If he didn't know what it was, why not ask me before overcharging me??? All he cared about was me agreeing to a waiver because it has traditional knots and fringes on it!!!!) Then, they lost my clothing and took a week to find my items. They were supposed to call me when found, but of course, they didn't and I had to come back in while they located them. And, to top it all off, the item mistakenly called "household" had a stain on it, which I indicated upon bringing it in, and when I went to use it, the stain was still there, wasn't cleaned and probably not even touched at all!! So now I have to make yet another trip back to them to drop it off and have it re-cleaned and then come back yet again to pick it up in a day or two. I guess that old commercial that someone named John Arbuckle, "You get what you pay for!" was correct. Here you pay 50% less than most cleaners for at best less than 50% of the services other establishments provide. Cheap ain't always the way to save money. read more

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST PLACE TO GO TO TO CLEAN YOUR CLOTHING! Went in with a London Fog jacket with a stain the size of a dime and they gave it to me with a stain the size of a PANCAKE!!!!!! Absolutely worst management, I talked calmly to him while he was shouting at me at the top of his lungs. For damaging a $75 jacket he gave me only $3. Once again I go to pick up my dry cleaning when all my items would be fully ready and that's today, WEDNESDAY, November 25, 2020. And the place is closed EARLY AGAIN. Now I WILL NOT HAVE some of my garments and coat I planned on wearing for THANKSGIVING. Suppose to close at 6PM and they closed at 3:00 cause people weren't coming at that time. You don't do that, some if us didn't get out of work or have prior appts and thinking after work or after this I'll pick up my cleaning. They don't even deserve 1 Star. I had been going there for 5 years. Had a few issues but nothing major until recently where my linen maxi dress came back with at least 15 holes in it. Though the girls working the counters were courteous, senior management was not. Not only did the owner not give me the courtesy of a return call after two specific requests, he wanted me to pay to have the dress analyzed at a lab if I wanted to pursue the issue! He obviously knows nothing about customer service. If you use them, pray all goes well. I will not use them again, nor recommend them to anyone. read more

I was really concerned after having read the reviews on this place. Naturally, I read them AFTER I dropped off about $2500 worth of sport coats, shirts and pants. I was very pleasantly surprised. Everything was accounted for, very neatly pressed, and on time. Great first experience and yes, I will be going back. Maybe just with smaller batches... To be clear, this batch would have cost me hundreds anywhere else. These guys did it all for $42 and it was awesome. Paying up front isn't great, but it definitely makes it easier to pick up. read more

I'm giving them 2 stars because of the price and location, otherwise it would be no rating. They have torn the buttons of multiple dress shirts of mine, and the owner is a jerk, like I'm bothering him. They have the nerve to take your money upfront and don't deliver on the order "Next day after 5pm". Place is full of high school kids who can careless about their jobs. Won't go back. Did not offer any refund or how to replace an item. Young college students work there that don't know how to lookup cleaning instructions and at the end you will end up with ruined item. STAY AWAY!!! I brought my newer winter white Cashmere sweater in to be cleaned. When I picked it up it had what looked like brown rust stains on both the front and back of the sweater. When I brought it to their attention they marked the MANY stains and agreed to try to clean it again. I returned a couple days later to pick it up and the stains were still there. Once again, they took it back to clean. At this time, I questioned what happens if they can't remove and the clerk responded with "its up to my boss". I requested his name and left my number and asked if he the owner John would call me to discuss. The third time I went back to retrieve my sweater...the stains were still there and now the sweater was shrunk. Again, I left my number for the owner to call. I repeatedly called, stopped by and left messages for him without the courtesy of a return call. I stopped again yesterday May 9,2018 and John was there. When I introduced myself his comment was "Oh, you're the one with the sweater" and proceeded to throw the sweater at me and told me to bring it back to Lord and Taylors where I bought it because he's not responsible. These stains are obvious to the eye that they are some sort of rust or chemical stains as a result of their dry cleaning. His business practices and the way he handles his customers is EXTREMLY unprofessional! read more

STAY AWAY!! Don't let the price lure you in. Have been a customer for about a year or so. The price is certainly good, but I've learned that you get what you pay for. My first issue was when I received a dress shirt back - the metal "brand tag" at the bottom of the shirt had been ripped off. Since it was something minor, I didn't mention it on my next visit. However, recently, I received my dress pants back and the stitching on one of the pockets was completely ripped. I informed the cashier the next time I went in, making it a point that I should not have to pay a seamstress to fix damage caused by them. She sad that she would have to talk to her boss to see if they could get it fixed by the seamstress next door/reimburse me if I took it there. She mentioned she would give me a call, but never did. A couple days later, I called back and spoke to a man who I think is the "boss." I went through the situation calmly, and in return was YELLED at on the phone for no reason. He told me they are not responsible for ANY DAMAGE caused (which "rips/tears" are NOT listed as damages anywhere in the store or in their conditions on the back of reciepts), and that they are not a "repair shop." I wouldn't need a "repair" if YOUR machines didn't ruin my garment! Anyways, I mentioned I just wanted them cleaned so I could pick them up along with my other garments. Upon picking them up, I noticed they ripped the stitching on the other pocket too!! Disgusting. Whether this was done on purpose or by "accident", I'll never know. Overall unprofessional and unapologetic for any damages they cause. Sad they are losing a long time customer over their refusal to acknowledge and fix problems they caused. I just read the other reviews, and my experience has been quite the opposite. I have been using this dry cleaner for a few months now, and have been extremely satisfied. My clothes were always ready the next day, after 5pm, as promised. They were also cleaned and pressed very well. The people working the front desk have always been courteous. It is a little annoying to have to pay ahead of time, but that makes it easier when picking up the clothes. read more

My dry cleaners switched owners and I decided to try this cheaper alternative. I am sick to my stomach after trying this place two times (literally). They have ruined each AND EVERY piece of clothing I brought there. PLEASE BE AWARE.. they'll puncture your shirts with a tag gun to insert those cheap plastic ticket holders. The plastic piece is a thick gauge to boot. Each AND EVERY one of my shirt now have VERY visible puncture holes that destroyed and frayed the fabric. My custom shirts... ruined. My high end designer shirts... ruined. My off the rack Charles Tywhitt shirts... ruined. You truely get what you pay for. The prices (must pay cash) are definitely great but the puncture holes are so large you can see through them!!! The owners are insensitive and new to the industry. I highly suggest bringing pants only (since the holes are on the waist line) if you really are looking to budget the dry cleaning bill but the fabric then starts unraveling. .. truely one of the worst buyers remorse feelings I've ever had as $800+ of shirts are garbage now. read more
