Worst dry cleaner ever! Not worthy of a one star rating (zero stars is not an option here).They completely ruined my jacket and tie. Whatever process they use created sploches where the color was bleached out. I had to throw out the items. I brought in perfectly good clothing and they made them into trash. Landmark gets it right! Service, prices, getting clothes clean without damage, clothes mended or tailored without gouging with hidden fee's, these are the qualities you want in a business. Landamark is our neighborhood cleaners and we are very happy with the 3+years of service we have received. We have taken king size quilts, comforters, laundry by the pound when our washer and dryer went to appliance heaven.... We can take most items in and have them back in 2 days sometimes same day if we need too, but most often we pick up in a week. They have taken excellent care of my husbands suits and made sure the seams, buttons and zippers are all in good condition and they starch his shirts perfectly. Seriously, I hate ironing and they get the pleats nice and sharp and shirts that need to be white, they are blinding white, how do they do that? I can't get them that beautiful white at home. Our oldest has uniforms that need to be cleaned as well, have stains taken out and pressed and they are always perfect. They really take care of my delicate apparel and winter coats get cleaned and packed away for next winter in a jiff. You really can't go wrong with the service here, give them a try read more

I rarely write reviews but was so appalled at how I was treated I felt it was necessary. I've been coming here for years for alterations and dry cleaning. Services were generally fine with a small issue here or there that was quickly addressed (for ex. underarm area not completely cleaned, altered hem became loose after one wear, etc.) My husband wore a new dress shirt once that I dropped off for cleaning and to be pressed with an open collar. He even tried the shirt on again before I dropped it off. It looked great. It shrunk so bad that he could not close the buttons and the sleeves were above his wrists! The male owner insisted he did nothing wrong and kept saying no, no, no that it can't be. He insisted on calling the store where I purchased the shirt from! Additionally, I asked the seamstress to hem the sleeves on two wool sweater coats and to dry clean both. These two were shrunk too! The wrist area was so short and the length went from under my thigh to under my buttocks! He insisted that all customers would complain about shrinkage if this was his error. However all fabrics are different and clearly this type of wool, and the stretch in my husband's dress shirt, required a gentler cleaning! As he said, they got thrown into his dry cleaner machine with hundreds of other clothes. I explained that I had come here for many years and never had shrinkage issues. They are supposed to be the professionals and should have advised me properly! I truly resent being spoken to in such an unprofessional manner and essentially being called a liar! He did offer to redo the sleeves on my sweater coats and try to stretch the hem down on them as well. However, he made it seem as if I was playing some sort of game to get the money back for the shirt. The aggravation became so unbearable that I took my items and walked out! NEVER AGAIN. read more

Landmark is located in strip mall at Rt 9 & Aldrich in Howell. I don't use dry cleaners very often but occasionally I need a jacket or suit cleaned or alterations done on a suit. On my first visit here there was a kid getting fitted for a prom gown. I had to wait a minute until the seamstress was free. In the mean time I looked around and saw racks and racks of clothes. Apparently they have quite the clientele. I also noticed industrial type sewing machines so I'm thinking they do a good alteration business as well. Hmmm My jacket was ready in a few days. It looked great. It looks like they even brushed the nap (faux suede). It seems I've found a new dry cleaners. read more

My friend got her wedding dress and I got my bridesmaid dress tailored and dry cleaned here. The woman who owns this dry cleaning place is very kind and she did an awesome job!! There was also a dark stain on the wedding dress she pointed out to us during our first visit, and now we can't even tell there was anything there before. Landmark Cleaners is easily the best I have ever seen. They will do quick turnaround when you need it. They do a fantastic job with stain removal, and have made old clothes look like new. I brought them my uniforms to clean. They charged me $12 for each pair of pants and $13 for the tops. They are cotton scrub uniforms. My brothers uses a cleaners on the other side of Howell that charges much less like $4 for khaki pants and 2 for dress shirts. This place is out of control. Will never come back there again. Brought a bedspread that had been stained badly by a doggie accident. Didn't have much hope. Just picked it up and it is perfectly cleaned. Not only is the stain gone but an older stain in another spot that another Howell cleaner could not fix is magically gone!!!! My new GO TO cleaners!!! read more

WARNING!! DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOH WANT YOUR BELONGINGS DEATROYED. Wish I could give them 0 stars. Do not trust them. The are snakes. I went there to a strap on my gloves and to wash my goose down blanket. They said that wit would be ready In 4 days so I waited for the day. Went back for my blanket and what happened? They could not find it. They lost my blanket and it was going to be the coldest night in weeks. But they only fixed one glove strap. The other glove strap they did not. So I left there that day very upset. Come back in the next day for my blanket they retrieved it from wherever and returned my gloves. My Gloves are snowboarding mitts that open up with 2 connecting buttons. Out of nowhere I went snowboarding to only find out that when I go to connect my buttons they were no longer connecting metal buttons they were the same side buttons. So they no longer connected. So they actually broke my buttons and replaced with these shitty Chinese buttons. I went back to them knowing they were the only tailor to work on my favorite Rome snowboarding mitts ever. Instead of fixing their problem. They denied it all and now my favorite gloves don't work properly. read more
