She told me $4.95 for ma hi e wash and said cost is the same for dry clean. She told me it was because of the size!!! I picked up my shirts she had ($1.95 ea). I asked why they were $1.95 and now $4.95. Her response was "let me get my husband". They took them off the hanger, not only with stain removed, but the complete color around the knee was removed, apparently they were not even going to tell me that they were ruined. The label said it was cotton and polyester and could be dry cleaned. I asked for my pants back to see if Chico's still had them. I was told I could not have them until I paid the nine dollars for cleaning. The audacity ruining my pants and wanting to charge me for cleaning them. I let her keep the pants and waited for the owner to come back to confront him. All he did was scream at me and took no responsibility for my pants being ruined.
