The only downside--and this applies to most Dunkin locations--is cleanliness. It seems like the tables and floors are rarely cleaned. That said, the floor here wasn't sticky, so that's a win. It would be great if there were hourly checks to clean and sanitize tables, chairs, and bathrooms. Clean bathrooms say a lot about how a location is managed. If managers don't care about the bathrooms, they probably don't care about the back of house either. Overall: great service and friendly people. One final note: this location could really use blinds on the windows. When the sun hits just right, it's blinding and makes the experience uncomfortable. A little shade would go a long way.
