Their ice cream is great plus I love that Scoops always has lots old fashioned candy in their shop. Seeing all of the pop rocks, ring pops and baby bottle pops really takes me back. And for the record, I was not seeking a refund but simply wanted to provide feedback as a fellow business owner - after all, we can't improve things we don't know about.
