When I contacted Dover office on whether hourly billing possibly included travel time, receptionist/manager stated 1-time service charge took care of that. She couldn't explain the extra hour(s) billed nor much else. Asked for mgmt to call me back--never heard from them. I recommend you find your electrical contractor elsewhere--I'll never use or refer anyone to this company again.

They came back out (again, never gave an estimate), did some minor work that looked more like troubleshooting to find out what the work was going to be and then give an estimate. Instead we were hit with a $400 bill for barely any work! Absolutely ridiculous. No way in hell we will ever use them again. This is the second time we've called them for something.
