Low and behold he called back around 4:00 and offered to come by to fix my issue. He had to diagnose the problem by going through each outdoor outlet. Once he fixed the one issue, I asked him to investigate another problem within the house. Again, he was very thorough in his investigation and fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend him him. In that time we NEVER got an estimate so we thought they were coming back to look into it further/troubleshoot a problem and then give an estimate. Nope. They came back out (again, never gave an estimate), did some minor work that looked more like troubleshooting to find out what the work was going to be and then give an estimate. Instead we were hit with a $400 bill for barely any work! Absolutely ridiculous. No way in hell we will ever use them again. This is the second time we've called them for something. The first time seemed pricey but it was work we needed done immediately and didn't have time to look around for a better option. Listen to me when I say take the time and find someone else!
