Then she proceeded to bruise the crap out of me... I have never had a bruise this bad from a simple blood draw. Will never go here again, even if it is the most convenient.

During this time, they actually canceled my appointment because I wasn't in the lab room, despite just following their instructions. Most disappointingly, once the issue was finally resolved, the phlebotomist gave me a detailed lecture about how I was wrong instead of just moving forward with the blood draw. I appreciate my past positive experiences here, but today's broken support system and unprofessional lecturing were unacceptable.
