Chose this place based on my Dad's recommendation, location on Google maps, and that it had great hours of availability. The gal at the front wasn't too friendly, but maybe her coffee hadn't kicked in yet because she was really nice when we were departing. The nurse and the PA who we eventually saw in the back were so warm and professional. They really put my daughter at ease. From walking in the door with an online scheduled appointment of 10 to leaving was under an hour. We saw two other patients exit, and the building was very quiet. I imagine that the wait can be FAR longer during a busier time of the day, so I am so glad that our experience was a prompt and as pleasant as it was!

Only bad experience was a man who was new at Decatur I believe he might have been a nurse and he was checking me in at front desk. Was by far the ugliest encounter I have ever had at a doctor's office. Immediately he was handled and I never saw him again at either location. Pretty sure he was let go. I have extremely rare condition which causes rare subset conditions that most doctors pass off on me as "difficult". The Doctors here and their P.A.'s have always gone the mile for me and it has made a difference in my overall quality of life and care. One of my adult children is also now seen here for my same rare condition. If you have been treated badly for ongoing issues and conditions that won't happen at PCC in Sandy Springs.

This location is clearly not set up to provide efficient drug tests. Before showing up, I had called the center a few days prior and asked how long the tests would take. I was told to simply show up before 4:30 pm and that it take around 30 minutes. When I showed up and walked inside, there were around 20 sick people sitting in the lobby waiting to see the doctor or nurse practitioner. When I walked up to the counter, nobody greeted me. I stood there for 10+ minutes, and the three people working behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me. After waiting, one of the workers asked if I had been helped. I handed him my pre-employment drug screening paperwork. He then asked one of his colleagues about the current wait time. She told him that it would be a 2 to 3 hour wait. I asked if they had someone who could simply do the drug test, because I did not need to be seen by the doctor or nurse. They told me that they only have 1 medical professional working. They told me that I would have to wait behind the 20+ people sitting in the lobby. This type of business should not be doing pre-employment drug screening. They are clearly not prepared to handle this procedures in a reasonable amount of time. This is a medical clinic where sick people come to be seen by a doctor or nurse practitioner. A 2 to 3 hour wait for a drug test is absolutely ridiculous and completely unacceptable. If you are in need of drug screening, I would recommend you consider one of the Fastest Labs locations in the Atlanta area. Their process takes around 15 minutes, and there is typically no wait.
