I came in to get a paternity test for parenting rights to my 8 month old son. Miss Sabrina E at the counter helped me with compassion and the best palliative care possible. Beyond professional through the entire process and followed up with the results. Took care of my son who came in separate time as I did and informed me he was well and happy being I have not seen him in 28 days this meant the world to me. Highly recommend this lab! Tonya went above and beyond when there were issues with getting the correct documentation for my pre-employment drug test. She helped coordinate between the employer, a 3rd party agency, and the labs to ensure everything was right. She also kept in touch with me throughout the week as more information came in. I love this lab!!! I believe it is so important to investigate your health. I run labs on myself often. I have discovered allergies and food sensitivities through ALCAT testing that I never knew I had. Low iron levels that were making me so tired. I feel that I have the knowledge and tools to start feeling better. Pamela is so kind. She is great at drawing blood.... puts you at ease when you're a nervous weeni like me. Theres no where to go , but this lab Right from the start you get a warm and friendly greeting, a very humble experience, I'm deathly afraid of needles but ms. Pamela worked her magic and I barely felt anything. As far as results go, from the start I knew the exact time my labs were going to be ready and nothing was left out. I called today in tears due to my step daughter not being allowed to join my insurance plan because my husband is not on her birth certificate and has no proof of DNA. I spoke with Pamela and she was the kindest most helpful person I have ever spoken to at any office in the medical field. She was reassuring that the impossible could be done and she got it done! Where do I begin . I went in to have some testing done on my own to monitor some issues . Pamela went above and beyond my expectations. I felt like it was just all about me . She paid close attention to the size needle she used when drawing my blood and got it the first time both times . The results were received quicker than I expected. Go anywhere else besides this lab!!!! I went in for a a required TB blood test that is required by my university. In the office I was told it would take 22-24 hours to receive results. I mentioned to the lady conducting my test how quick that sounded. I got the test done on Monday and called back Thursday to check on my results. Pamela then told my mother with a nasty attitude "I told your daughter it would be 24 to 72 hours" which it had already been over 72 hours at that point. So then we decided to continue waiting. We called back the following Wednesday. Pamela then again LIED and tried to tell my mother that she had told me it would take 7-14 DAYS! She totally forgot she had previously spoken to my mother. When my mom decided to call her out on it she proceeded to give attitude and said "are you calling me a liar". This woman working for this lab is horrible and speaks to patients terribly!! Let alone straight up LIES! We will be writing a letter to corporate. read more
