I wouldn't recommend this lab to anyone. I have been there a few times and the young lady has refused me although no one was in the store and she wasn't doing anything , all I needed was a breathalyzer and the urinalysis which doesn't take 10 minutes just doesn't make sense. No privacy at all! Soon as you barely get in the door the ladies are like "HOW CAN I HELP YOU?!" Its said as in like hurry up because I'm trying to get you outta here. What happened to patient privacy. They want you to make an announcement in front of everyone there stating why you're there. Every time I come I always know what the others are doing there. Then my b12 injections are always prepared before I come back to get my injection which makes me uncomfortable. I've been coming to this location for 4 years now and this last time I got my B12 shot it hurt so bad and I had a big ass lump the size of a walnut on my arm where i got the shot! They dont give injections correctly...instead of starting from a little far back and quickly poking you, they put the needle up against your skin AND THEN PRESS! That is pretty painful. First off I don't know who the employee Yvonne Garcia is or if she is new or not, but the previous employees were nice and respectful and greeted you as you entered the building. I came here because I needed to get a Measles titer for nursing school. I like that Any Lab Test Now will run any test for you without the need for a doctor's order. You don't need an appointment, and your results are available within the week, if not sooner. So I went to this place and told the front desk lady that I needed to have a Measles titer. However, the lady that I spoke to was very uninformed. She didn't seem to understand what Measles was. In response to my request, she asked me if I needed a Mumps, Rubella or Varicella titer. I said I needed none of those, that I needed a Measles titer. She said that well, there were different types of Measles - Mumps, Rubella or Varicella. She pulled out a book to consult something, and said that I must need to get the Mumps test, because Mumps is the same thing as Measles (which it's not). I was kind of bewildered by her statement, and tried to explain that Measles, Mumps and Rubella are three different things, and that I needed to get a Measles titer done. At this point, she seemed frustrated by me and threw up her hands and asked me to tell her what I wanted. She then decided to call the lab that does the testing to prove to me that Mumps=Measles. After she hung up, she said the lab told her Measles was the same thing as Rubella (which it's not). At this point, I decided I didn't want to get my blood drawn at a place that had no idea which diseases are which, so I just left. I later learned that the scientific name for Measles is Rubeola (not to be confused with Rubella), which is what the lady might have meant when she said Measles = Rubella. I used this location several times for my biannual blood tests. I started going here because St. Joseph would charge me almost 1000 dollars for the same tests I can get here for about 170. There is almost no wait and the woman that works at this location was always very professional and friendly. I no longer work in the area and now use the one on Holcombe which is also a great. Test results are faxed upon request to your doctors office and delivered to you as well if you request it. They are very discrete since they do a lot of different kinds of tests. read more

Really bad service, They claim to get you the result in 24 hrs and it is a lay, i took my test more than 24hrs a go and they don't even know when the results are going to be ready. I went to this place because I want my results quick even due they don accept any kind of insurance. SAVE YOUR MONEY and go to a place were they accept your insurance you will be waiting the same amount of time. The Lady that answers the phone is very rude, I don't know how is she working there if she doesn't have any customer service skills! read more
