I have repeatedly tried to reach someone named Debbie and have now gone three days without a return call. As a cancer patient without disposable income, I need to understand what I will actually be expected to pay and whether payment plans or other financial options are available before I can proceed. Trying to navigate costs in this so-called "health care system" is exhausting enough without having to repeatedly chase down basic information from people who can clearly care less about me as a person.. I already lost the will the live before this diagnosis. I have no choice but to give up on pursuing treatment altogether. No patient dealing with cancer should be made to feel this way simply because she cannot get a phone call returned or obtain straightforward information about the cost of her care. I live alone with nobody to hell me too whatsoever. I am on the ACA, which doesn't cover much if anything because the rich in this country don't see people like me worth saving. Pay pay pay ... is the American Way... A physician can be compassionate and competent, but the entire practice is part of the patient experience. When the follow-through is missing at a time when a patient is alone. already frightened, financially stressed, and trying to make important decisions about cancer treatment, it matters enormously. Two different technicians attempted an IV for my contrast and neither of them could find a vein, so they sent me home again. They told me that I was possibly dehydrated and I should have been drinking water. Are you kidding me? Oh, and they charged my credit card for a procedure they could not do! I called back, and another woman, DAISY, who said she was the supervisor, was also very rude and unhelpful. Instead of assisting me, she argued and placed me on hold -- it's been more than 30 minutes, and I'm still on hold as I write this. I even called back three separate times, and no one answered the phone on purpose. It's clear that the staff do not care about their customers at all. Patients deserve respect and basic courtesy when calling for medical help. I truly hope the owner or management sees this review and takes serious action to improve their customer service before more patients decide to go elsewhere. On purpose I think they won't make me appointment and even answer the phone call! I REALLY HOPE MANAGEMENT WILL SEE MY REVIEW AND WILL TALK TO THEM!!! My doctor wanted me to get an MRI due to a recent fall I had that has had me in pain for over three…read moreweeks. The price I was told to pay (after insurance) was $1,091.22. Which is more than I can currently afford to pay. I was referred to go to Green Imaging who found an affordable MRI location. With my insurance it was still going to be a pretty penny but after receiving the doctors order they said they could do it without insurance for $250 (left knee only without contrast. It is very no frills but in no way lacks professionalism and good service. I was treated with respect and dignity and care. The MRI is located in a trailer behind the building. It's is cold to prepare yourself. I only had to remove my shoes, my watch, and my jacket due to the metal zipper. They gave me a blanket to make me comfortable but it was still cold. The imaging took about 30-35 minutes. After I was given a cd of the images to take to my doctor. A report will be sent directly to them in 2-3 business days. A great experience and I am grateful that it was within my budget!

They are very friendly, and care about their patients. For outpatient procedures, they have people in and out in a matter of a few hours. I don't think we've ever been there longer than 4 hours. They have free coffee for people while you wait. I've never had any, but they're k-cups, so you can choose what you want. If my mom has to go back for anything else, I will know she's in great hands!

They were sooo super patient with me even though I was really nervous, they really helped keep me calm through the entire process. They do offer a sedative if you have anxiety or claustrophobia. I hope I never have to get an MRI again but if I do, I'd definitely come back to AV imaging.

I arrived on the day of the appointment (twice) and was told they couldn't execute the scan that day. And "oops, sorry we forgot to notify you". If you need to use this facility, call 30 minutes before your appointment to verify it's still happening. A confirmation text means nothing. Ultimately I went to a different provider - they did great.

They said they already had my information on file and I only had a few questions to answer, which took less than five minutes. I asked if I could be taken back early since I was required to arrive early, but was told no. Around 12:50pm, I was informed they were running behind and I wouldn't be taken back until 1:20-1:25pm. I was told I could either wait or leave and they would call me when it was my turn. I chose to leave and received a call at 1:20pm saying they were ready for me. However, I still wasn't taken back until 2:00pm. Overall, the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing.
