Just a heads up... if you are coming to get tested for Covid and are under 18 with insurance, they…read moreare going to charge you for an office visit before they'll swab you. Then they don't accept insurance for rapid testing so that's another $75 on top of whatever your copay for urgent care is. Oh and they cannot give you an itemized bill after your visit. You need this type of bill to file the claim with insurance yourself to get refunded. Apparently you need to contact medical records for it... Funny how the people who charge you and take your money can only give you a credit card receipt and not an itemized receipt. All this is after they have you waiting 28 minutes from your appointment time. We called beforehand and were not told any of this. They just said... make an appointment online and we'll swab you in the car. As a comparison, we got tested before at another pediatric clinic in cypress and they were able to use our insurance, swab us in the car and were ahead of schedule so we were seen prior to our appointment time. We drove all the way from Cypress because our Montessori school called us today, New Year's Day to inform us that my son's class had an exposure and that we should get tested. You have been warned.

I really appreciated everyone's kindness, I am an ambulatory wheelchair user and I came on my own without feeling overwhelmed. From beginning to end I had a wonderful experience, I also would like to thank Dr Gambrill for referring me for an oral exam and cleaning. Dr Gambrill is my PCP at coporate Dr and I absolutely appreciate everything she has done for me from the first day we met. Thank you everyone for always being so kind, professional and nurturing bedside manner. The quality of care you all provide always gracefully goes above and beyond. You all explain protocol clearly, where I don't ever have questions and feel confident in maintaining my personal care at home living independently. Vanessa at the front desk in the dentist office was very professional and helpful as she helped my to make my next appointment and one for my mom. I saw Dr. Nguyen, he was very professional and make some recommendation on how to floss my teeth better and more.
