Unfortunately, the second experience was even worse. I've never been treated so poorly by a healthcare provider. Instead of showing empathy or a willingness to help, I felt like I was an inconvenience. Courtesy and professionalism should be the bare minimum, especially in a healthcare setting where patients may already be stressed or anxious. I sincerely hope Labcorp addresses the way patients are treated because no one should have an experience like this.

It's good for people who have…read moreaddiction to substances that the staff are familiar with - like alcohol, marijuana, etc. Cons: if your life is riding on a program like this to decide your fate with either probation, parole, CPS, etc, AND your DOC (drug of choice) is something newer like fentanyl, DO NOT come here. They are VERY uninformed and think fentanyl stays in your system 2-3 days because they probably googled it and saw it once. I was NOT using, yet I was constantly testing for fentanyl. They told me in 2-3 days it should be out. I even told them, I went to detox and 9 days later I STILL was testing positive. Obviously, something is wrong. IMPORTANT TO NOTE: This facility does NOT check levels of drugs in your system, meaning, that if you are a regular fent user, and you keep testing positive, you will just continue to look like you are using. If you have CPS or whatever legal BS riding your ass, and you are actually clean, you NEED your levels checked to ensure the drug in your system is getting lower and lower. Go to an IOP like Aspire or Arise that actually check your drug levels. Oh, and here's a nifty article from Boston University below that shows on REGULAR, FENTANYL users, how long it can stay in your system. Educate yourself staff please and I hope to GOD no one else had to go through what I went through with their misinformation. The staff even complimented me on my honesty and said they would trust me and give me time for fentanyl to leave my system. But after repeated fails every few days of fentanyl, I was looking guilty and they didn't allow any time at all for it to leave my system. I asked them to check the levels and they said "we don't do that here". My LIFE and my child's LIFE is riding on these drug tests - you better test my levels or find a place that will. That's what I did. Now about the Boston University research article. To sum it up - long term fent use was detected in urine for 7 days for fentanyl and 13 days for its metabolite, norfentanyl. I had a fantastic experience getting my infusions here for 5 weeks and cannot say enough great things. My nurses were Daniel and Daisy and they were amazing. They are taking care of lots of people in much worse shape than I am with absolute incredible patience and loving bedside manner. I will say, please come with extra patience, and just be realistic about how long things take, because they are juggling a lot of patients at the same time. I always brought along extra patience, empathy, and kindness, and just expected that things would take longer than usual. They have lots of snacks and refreshments, comfortable infusion chairs, pillows, warm blankets to make everyone comfortable. 5 stars for everyone!

Had a prepaid Quest sold Test that the Tech…read more(Ellie?) would not accept the Quest email on my phone (insisting I had to printed!!), then said that there is no such Test purchased from Quest. Then called her Senior (Kiara) that would clarify there is such Quest Prepaid Test but would keep saying that they couldn't find it. In the process they keep blaming me (the customer that has purchased many Quests Tests before). Finally they find it and said that was "On Hold" and that I have to call Quest (they also blamed me for being "on Hold"). When I tell them "but YOU are Quest" they said they don't call that "other department". They me asked to go out of my appointment for me to "call Quest". The folks at Quest headquarters were super nice (Carla) who said that my Quest purchased Test was active and available (that they are always "on-hold" until the Quest Office will pick it). She offered and called this Quest Location but they never picked up the call from their own headquarters. I ended up driving several miles to the Quest Carrollton location which made it all happen. Don't go to this location!! BTW, WHERE IS MANAGEMENT?

Shortly after, the only employee working that morning came out and informed me that she had to remove me from the waitlist and that drug testing was only performed until 8:00 a.m. She also explained that there was no guarantee I would be seen without an appointment. Needless to say, this information would have been helpful before making the trip. After repeatedly refreshing the online scheduler for nearly two hours, I finally managed to snag an appointment just before 8:00 a.m. The fact that obtaining a required drug test depends on repeatedly refreshing a website and hoping someone cancels is absurd.
