Poor to non-existent phone access. Feels like being in a dystopian scifi movie when I arrive at the site and must engage with the robot check-in podium. Some staff project a warm, kindly spirit but most act like machine components. Maybe I'd overlook all of that but they don't consistently deliver reports. I trust my doctor but not these people.

This will be a year long program and it was important to me to find a lab close by. Clinical Pathology uses the Sonic Scheduling app to verify and confirm your appointments. It's easy to cancel and reschedule if you need to. Everything was done by text so when I arrived all I needed to do is say, HI! They knew exactly who I was and why I was there -- no worries. This was a lovely friendly group of ladies! The appointments are spaced out enough that the lobby was empty when I arrived and only two people when I left. Everything was clean and organized. My phlebotomist got me on the first try and I'm known to have invisible and tricky veins, lol. I look forward to finishing this process with Clinical Pathology Labs.

Rick listens to you and goes out of his way to help you no matter how busy he is or how big your need is. Patti also goes above and beyond.... You can feel her smile even on the telephone. I had originally came in on a Tuesday and the small lobby was completely packed! So, I came back in the morning, and it was a complete opposite scene. The technician, Nae was very nice and respectful. She made the process quick and as painless as possible. The self check in kiosk is pretty self explanatory as well. I just can't bring myself to rate 5 stars because the facility feels a little outdated, a bit messy, and I couldn't help but cringe as I opened up the urine drop off and it was FILLED with other client's pee cups. Also, there is no signage outside of the building so I drove around the parking lot until I finally realized that it was INSIDE Tom Thumb next to the pharmacy. Overall, I have to admit I would probably return here again to get blood work done because Nae was so good at her job. I am such a big baby when it comes to needles and she made me feel comfortable.

When she asked what specific test my sister was having, I explained that my mother had completed the paperwork and that I wasn't sure of the exact test, only that it was either related to her iron levels or something recommended by her dermatologist because she is taking Accutane. Instead of helping us clarify the information, she responded with a negative attitude and gave us an uncomfortable look. I understand that healthcare workers can have busy and stressful days, but patients and their families are often nervous as well. A little kindness and professionalism can make a big difference. I hope Quest will remind its staff of the importance of treating patients with courtesy and respect.

The two ladies were extremely nice and professional, not to mention friendly, which is exactly what I expected in Sherman. My husband was in and out quickly, but my veins wouldn't cooperate, so mine took a little longer. The tech was super nice and careful and didn't jab or dig just went to a different vein. I've had blood drawn many times and she was super careful and tried to keep the pain to a minimum. I will certainly use them in the future and would not hesitate to recommend them. There was an elderly couple there that did not have their paperwork with them. They were treated nicely and advised to contact their doctor for faxing over the paperwork. 5 Stars may not be enough!

No one had reached out to me beforehand. They were not knowledgeable of the testing when trying to book at the counter. I didn't receive an email or printed receipt of the bloodwork they did. I logged into the portal & no receipt or blood work pending there either. SAVE your money & skip this place. I much prefer LabCorp or Quest.
