We came with a blood collection kit for food sensitivity tests. The location has easy access off of Highway 6 and Lexington. I was informed that Labcorp was turning people away for these kits but they would do it here. The price was $35 each person (not through insurance). We made an appointment for 1pm and 1:30pm. This place has popped up all over Houston and the suburbs. It's like the Panda Express of medical testing. Fast food style health service and not reliable at that. I was prepared to give them the benefit of the doubt, but after speaking to a "manager" type woman I'm convinced this place is doomed and doesn't care about their patients best interest. Problem one, when you call you get a switchboard, not the actual location where you go! Problem two, if you need to talk with someone it's hard to get an answer. My husband was sent here to get a TB test. Their questionnaire was very light on personal info and because of that we had the scare of our lifetime. My husband is from the Philippines and they have certain vaccines administered as a precaution that we don't have here in the US. When my husband had his results read, they told him he was positive for TB. We went immediately to the ER and we were quarantined until he got an X-ray. The doctor came to see us and told us to relax his X-ray was clear. Then he asked us if the testing center asked my husband if he was from the Philippines. He said no. He proceeded to tell us about the vaccines kids get there and that he would always read false positive and should go direct to blood test or X-ray. This Any Lab Test now did offer to do the bloodwork after the positive reading for extra money. They didn't seem alarmed at the test results and started pushing extra services for more money, but my question for them was...why not ask more detailed questions that could have saved time, money and prevented us having to go to the ER and have a horrible scare. They offered to sell us things like shots, B12 and etc. while we were dealing with positive results that happened from their lack of common sense. Asking someone what country they're from and if they may have been vaccinated as a child could have saved time, money and panic. When I attempted to give feedback to management I was met with an attitude and sarcasm. The total lack of empathy and concern was horrible. She just stated we do ask and I reminded her I had a copy of the questionnaire and nowhere on there does it ask anything pertinent. We trusted them to take care of us but what we got was fast food care and a useless test. Beware don't fall for their BS! read more

They were really nice buuuutt in all honest the lady who took my blood was kinda struggling. I told her to get a butterfly but nooo she had to show she knew what she was doing. Look lady I'm trying to help you. She ended up stabbing me 4 time in my right arm and 2 in my left to FINALLY get it right. Why would t you offer me that ball to hold. I was so shook I FaceTimed my parents and said if I black out it was because of this lady. Sounds funny but I was for real. I'm 44 and she had my mind going. I almost requested a refund. She was nice but she made me feel bad for calling for backup . The front lady was mad cool and let me verify with the original place it was the same price with no attitude or anything and I really appreciated that because I'm watching my coins. read more

Called to schedule a PCR test for my husband and I. I wanted to confirm our household is clear of COVID after my children get their negative rapid test from their doctor. This clinic refused to do our test and had no reason, they pick and choose who they offer it to. We don't have symptoms and never been exposed just wanted a test to confirm we were good. They won't do it. They said this place is for healthy travelers only. Their PCR test is not offered to anyone else! read more

Each time I have visited this location the staff is decently pleasant, however Veronica is an absolute peach! She is so sweet each time. I only come to Sugar Land AnyLab because she makes the experience quick and easy each time. I would definitely recommend this location. read more

My experience was better than expected based on previous reviews I read. Scheduling was easy. The blood draw was performed by a highly skilled phlebotomist. The results came back quickly. It was a seamless process. I will return again in the future. read more

Came here on 08/20 for drug test and TB skin test. Came back on 08/22 to have skin test read. When I ask for my results the associate told me to sign a paper and gave me a carbon copy of the paper I signed. I immediately took a picture of the document (which was time stamped as) the paper appeared to be fragile. It also did not appear to have the results however I was unfamiliar with what the paper should look like. My employer rejected the sheet of paper and said it was the wrong document. I called the location and explained the situation and asked them to email me the results of the skin test. The associate REFUSED to email it, and stated that I needed to come in. Upon arriving the associate asked me to show my proof of what was given to me instead of just giving me the requested copy. I guess she wanted to prove a point. She stated that the paper I had was a urine test. I showed her the time stamped of the time the pictures was taken and asked her to verify if this was the date I came in. She became defensive as it was stamped with the exact time and date I had my results read. I explained that she was not even the representative who read my results, so how could she be so certain as to what I received. The lady next to her joined the conversation and stated that she had read the results and gave the paper. I showed her the time stamp and the picture. She stated that I had just took the picture of the document 2 days later. I explained to her that the logic didn't make sense. Why would I take a picture of a paper I received 2 days earlier, at the exact time that I came to receive the results but not have the actual TB skin test results. She had no response. The person next to her begin saying have a nice day as a way to rush me out. I have no reason to create such an elaborate story with EVIDENCE, just to get a copy of a TB skin test. If I had lost it, I would have simply requested a new one. The entire interaction was tacky and unprofessional. Most of the negative interaction could have been avoided if the representative just sent the email of the results after making a mistake. read more

I had a great experience with this Any Lab Test Now location. The manager followed up with me on a particular issue with politeness and professionalism. The tech who helped me was very nice and also helpful when I asked a bunch of questions. I had never used a lab like this before but I'm thrilled to know about this place to get labs done that insurances would put up a fight for. This location is very clean, little if any waiting, and timely on the results. I would certainly recommend them. read more

This is so unacceptable, went this past Friday to get an RT PCR Covid test done because I had an international flight that following Monday, I was told I would get results within the next day or so, the whole weekend passed and nothing called today just to find out the their lab just got the my test sample the test hadn't even been processed!!! So naturally I couldn't board my flight ! This people should know how crucial this testing is now for international travel!!! And the test is not cheap $199!!!! read more

I went in on a Saturday and showed the receptionist my paperwork and she insured me that a 9 o'clock appointment for my blood work could be done and take care of all of the different tests I needed the following week. I had delayed my blood work for another week so that I could meet with my doctor and I arrive the morning of my appointment on time. The receptionist takes her time letting me in for my 9 o'clock appointment, fiddling around with Halloween decorations before she opens the door. She looked at my paperwork and says "sorry we can't do your blood work as this blood work Has to be done Monday through Friday since the lab is closed." So I waited a l week and fasted before my test all for nothing. Hope they can rectify this. Their convenience is hard to beat, And I was going off of the positive reviews. read more

I used them for my doctors lab tests. The owner was very nice and service was fast. It did take me awhile to figure out what the heck some of the abnormals meant. But I took them to my doctor who helped me interpret them. I paid cash and price was reasonable because I have a high deductible. Overall great read more

I recently went to the Lexington location for a pre employment drug screen all went well signed all the chain of custody stuff as indicated by Veronica Perez my collector when I get Home I see in the comment section she has written down or refused to sign bottles which wasn't the case I did sign the bottles I called up there they said it was just a typo shouldn't be a problem I said put yourself in my shoes this is a pre-employment drug screen I would like for it to be changed she said there was nothing they can do and everything should be OK they were very short they were belittling and very rude if you everGet the option to choose where your preemployment drug screen is I would absolutely recommend never going here for any type of lab test unless you need to be treated sarcastically and rudely read more
