Came in for a series of blood test, received a call a couple of days later to tell me they didn't have enough blood so I came in to do another blood test. 2 days later I receive an email saying there was something wrong with the sample they sent so the referred me to another testing facility. The first blood draw went smoothly the second an older Asian lady blew my vain by digging around with the needle, please save your money and do not come here will be asking for a refund since my tests are not even complete. read more

Despite the negative reviews, I still went to this place especially since I had to do my drug test for school. The lady was super friendly and straight forward. She was so kind and helpful. Since I had to take my drug test on a Wednesday she told me that she'd notify my professor because my results will take longer to get back due to the COVID19 outbreak. read more

My Husband & I booked our COVID test on line for our upcoming flight to Hawaii. Hawaii required test results within 72 hours of flight. The website says if test is taken after 1:00 they can not guarantee a 24 hour turn around. We were done by 9:00 AM, glad to have it done and expecting our results in the 24 hours which we paid for... NO GO... on answer on the phone, no response to texts and no response to email. We had to pay for another test at the airport. They have as of yet refused to refund our money... A rip off! Covid tests for travel to Hawaii - success! Our initial Covid tests (not done by Any Lab Test Now) were delayed due to weather. We had 24 hrs to test again and obtain results, on a holiday, no less. We came in at 9 am and the staff could not have been more accommodating. We paid for the expedited service and drove the sample to the lab in Shoreline immediately thereafter. The staff kindly sent an email to inform them our samples were en route and needed to be rushed. Sure, the place is not dazzling - but why should it be? If you are depending on this facility to process your Covid-19 results to fly to Hawaii...Don't. Somehow this facility is one of the Hawaii Airlines approved Covid-19 testing centers, I spent $90 for a 48 hour Covid-19 test, The results didn't arrive in time to make the flight and I am out a ton of money since I relied on this company to do one job. This is no way to do business. I would give them zero stars and a kick in the nuts. read more

This unprofessional location took it an I paid an extra $49 to express it ...to 'where-ever' they have to and THEY SENT IT TO THE WRONG PLACE!!!! I was promised results in 2-3 days and it was the 5th day they admitted they put it in the wrong envelope and it is now being returned. GREAT job with someone's private information. Don't bother coming here. I made an appointment to do a rapid results drug test and left work early to make it there in time just for them to say "oh sorry we don't have any in," and claiming that they tried to call me although I don't have a single missed call or a message from them. How can a place that claims to be drug testing center not have any drug test in? And be so unaware of it that they're taking appointments for people to come in? Do not use this place! I was promised results in no later than 7 days for a drug screening for the pipe fitters union. I've been calling this location for three days now with no answer but I left a message each time. Finally it is now the day I have to turn my drug screening results in so I go to the location after another failed attempt of reaching them by phone. I said I need my results today and they said they accidentally got mailed to Atlanta and that Atlanta just got the sample 2 days ago. Now I have to wait 6 months to reapply and take another drug screening. Also, the lady who never answers the phone said she'd call everyone in Atlanta about getting me the results today. I went and parked somewhere else in the parking lot and low and behold there she was just smoking outside not calling to get my results! I will be talking to the owner to get my money back. Might have to go to small claims court for my lost wages for the day. I will never use this place again. And based off other reviews about this location I probably will never see a refund. DO NOT use this place! Went in to get a blood draw and of course I don't know how to read the results so I called and of course they tell me it's positive and that I'm pregnant. LIES! I spent a whole week thinking I was pregnant and then a whole day thinking I was miscarrying. This place is a joke. Don't go there. read more

I have trouble with my veins and I hate needles. I went to a clinic to get my blood drawn for a medical test. The clinic was terrible, weren't able to draw my blood; so I left there and I found Any Lab Test Now in Tacoma and Esther, the Phlebotomist, was excellent! She really knows her stuff! I highly recommend Esther and Any Lab Test Now. They are professional. That's what they do. Going to a clinic, you end up with staff who don't have the training. Save yourself some extra pokes, bruising, stress & pain...go to the professionals. I'm glad I did. read more
