During the COVID pandemic, you may only enter the building with an appointment, and must submit to a screening and temperature test. Masks are required. Given how sick some of the patients may be on any given day, the extra attention to safety is commendable and appreciated. If you have a lab appointment, there is a small waiting room near the lab office located on the first floor. Upstairs is where the Infusion center is, and there is a spacious and comfortable sitting area, with ample room for social distancing. Every single person I've interacted with in my four visits to date has been professional, knowledgeable and caring, helping make an unwelcome visit a less painful experience.

Susan at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and made the check-in process easy. I arrived about 10 minutes before my 5:12 appointment, and they took me back almost exactly on time, which I really appreciated. The medical assistant who took my vitals was professional and personable. I enjoyed talking with him, and as a Navy veteran, I even tried to convince him to consider joining the Navy! Physician Assistant Ward listened to my concern about a missing hearing aid dome and thoroughly examined my ear. Sure enough, the dome was lodged deep in my ear canal. He carefully removed it, with assistance from the medical assistant, and I experienced immediate relief. I appreciated his skill and professionalism. The facility itself is conveniently located, the lobby and exam areas are clean, and the restroom has always been well maintained. The only reason I'm giving four instead of five stars is that the waiting room chairs are showing their age and could use replacement. Also, while today's providers were excellent, I've occasionally encountered providers over the years who seemed a bit rushed. I understand that urgent care is a busy environment and many cases become routine for clinicians, but a little extra compassion and reassurance always makes a difference from a patient's perspective. Waited about 25 minutes and the collector Barrett Stevens called me in somehow there was some screw up with the paperwork from my company's side. I was on the phone forever trying to get it fixed and finally Barrett called his corporate and got it handled for me. Took me an hour in traffic to get there and I was there for over an hour but he kept me laughing and put me in a better mood. The place is clean and the employees are friendly. I would definitely come here again if needed. I reccomend them.

My CT scan was read wrong by the radiologist during a NOVANT Bolivia ER visit. The radiologist…read morereported healthy organs in his report which I have had surgically removed and he further reported other normal anatomy that is not physically possible. The ER was aware of my surgical and anatomical history and my medical records are indicative of my anatomy. This cost me thousands of dollars btw. The radiologist report was confusing, upsetting, concerning and stressful and forced me to see a specialist and further imaging to be done. Unaware to me, the subsequent imaging was read by another Delaney radiologist and required over $500 to be paid upfront. In hindsight I'm assuming because I disputed the 1st radiologist's charges. The second Delaney radiologist reading confirmed the misdiagnosis of the first radiologist. However, I was forced to pay both Delaney radiologists and facility charges. The tech who did the 2nd imaging had the nerve to ask me what my point was seeking further imaging. Bizarre question to ask a patient who's just been informed their anatomy isn't as it should be and is experiencing chronic pain. Mind your business. After significant additional monies were paid to Delaney it was confirmed the initial ER radiologist report was an obvious misdiagnosis/reading that caused unnecessary stress, anxiety, and financial loss. I am experiencing delayed care as a result. Delaney administration and billing was inattentive to my communication and complaint and billed me twice for blatant incompetence and caused additional charges with a specialist as well. It was left to me to force an addendum to my medical record and initiate contact with their office. Billing was relentless and I felt forced to pay the Delaney bills while I take additional complaint steps. I care about my credit so I paid but on principle I want my money back. Sadly there is no way to avoid Delaney in the NOVANT system as they have monopolized radiology. I feel dismissed, disregarded, and cheated out of monies. Delaney does not care about people, they care about profit. When a company makes an erroneous error they should make it right.....not Delaney, good luck speaking to a human.

They were so sweet and talked me down so I could do it. Once they put me in the exam room, the two ladies from the front came in to talk to me/ distract me while she took my blood and I didn't even realize she was taking my blood. I was transferred to Jane who identified herself as the front desk person. I asked about the number of medical staff in the practice, and how referrals are handled. Jane wasn't friendly and treated me as if she didn't understand why I would be asking questions about the practice. I asked to schedule an appointment, and Jane told me someone would call me on Monday (it was Friday) to schedule an appointment. I asked if I could make an appointment right then, and she said, "No." I never received a call from CIM. Based on other reviews found on Yelp, and my experience with CIM, I suggest finding another more reliable medical practice.

Unsafe Medical Advice and Lack of Compassion for Senior Care…read more I am writing this to caution other caregivers managing complex medical needs for senior parents. My mother was a patient at this practice, and the experience was deeply concerning. The Medical Advice: When I sought guidance with Jennifer Miller on how to safely wean my mother off a psychiatric medication (Cymbalta) that was causing extreme issues, the provider's advice was to stop it abruptly ("cold-turkey"). I was told to simply "let her go through withdrawals" and take her to the ER for an IV if she began vomiting or became dehydrated. As an advocate for my senior mother, I knew this was unsafe and unacceptable advice. My request to use a slow, compounded tapering method was completely ignored. The Outcome: I had to seek outside specialist care to find a safe path forward. After finding a new care team that supported the slow, compounded taper I had researched, my mother is doing significantly better. The extreme "crash and burn" cycles she was experiencing have stopped, and she is much more alert and present than she has been in months. The Office Environment: The lack of professionalism from Jennifer Miller's nurse was also a major issue. While trying to resolve a critical prescription delay for a medication my mother needs to eat (due to an esophageal condition), I was met with sarcasm and told, "We have other patients." My private concerns were repeated within earshot of others in the office, which was completely unprofessional and dismissive. Final Thought: If you have a loved one with sensitive or complex needs, please be your own advocate. We have moved to a new primary care physician and a psychiatrist who actually listen. My mother is finally in safe hands, no thanks to this practice.
