They were called to help my sister at six flags. Instead of giving them a backup key this man changed the locks to the doors. FOR NO REASON. he took advantage of them not knowing what to do. Still forced them to pay. And did not give them a key. So now they got their car towed and had to pay that too. The backup key the car comes with no longer works to open the vehicle because he changed the door locks. I'm calling the business later to find out exactly who this is. Because they shouldn't have paid for a dam thing when they didn't fix the problem and in fact created a bigger problem. And threatened them that they were making a mistake when they asked for him to stop. AND still forced them to pay. Note that this man was stalking them. Watching them. One word: PREDATOR On June 30th I went with some friends to Six Flags Magic Mountain. Long story short, when we were getting ready to leave the park my friend (17 year old girl) had realized she locked her keys in her car. After scrambling to find a locksmith online, we noticed a white van driving around the parking lot who conveniently happened to be a locksmith. My friend flagged him down, and the driver Yasser explained that he could assist her. Sure enough, he unlocked the car, started it, and gave her a new key fob. This is where the scam occurs! He quoted her at $350 upfront. We asked if he took venmo, zelle, or PayPal. Only Zelle or cash. My friend Zelles him the $350, after confirming his info right there, but apparently Yasser "does not receive it" After 10 minutes of back and forth, Yasser threatens this poor 17 year old girl into paying him cash. It was 11pm, she decided it wasn't worth the headache and gave him cash, trusting that the bank issue would be resolved. It has now been nearly 4 weeks, and Yasser has NOT RETURNED the money. The bank cannot help since the transfer was processed and sent to him. Her legal team has contacted him already, but Yasser continues to delay and make excuses. if I could give a zero, I would. the gentleman was very nice however he attempted to "fix" the ignition and damaged certain parts including the steering wheel lock and ignition cylinder, the key fob worked upon his arrival but not afterwards. I was charged $543.00 by him For a job done incorrectly and reached back out for him to correct, however that did not happen. To correct the damage that he created I now have to pay $1200 and that is not including an extra $250. To fix the key fob. My time is precious, however I will more than likely see him in small claims court because what I paid him and have to pay to correct the damage he created is just unbelievable. read more

I don't even know where to begin, but I guess I should start by saying in my 37 years of life, this company by far surpasses any locksmith company I have ever used, and with my luck I have used quite many. Of course my luck would have come on a Sunday evening while I was with my dog, and my daughter in the parking lot of Walmart. My key went into the ignition, and I had power, but it wouldn't turn at all. AAA did nothing for me but recommend some Locksmith through them, that would cost me an additional $350. They weren't even empathetic to the fact that I am sick, and have surgery in two days. I hung up and began to cry, as my daughter placed her hand on me and said mom it's going to be OK. I realized I needed to be strong for her, and so I decided to pray and then Google. This was the first company that popped up through Google, and the gentleman by the name of Yasser answered my call. He asked me a couple of questions, and told me he would be at my location in 30 minutes. I'm sure you know what I'm thinking... They always say 30 minutes these companies, and so I expected him to be there within an hour to two hours. To my surprise Yasser showed up literally 30 minutes later. He immediately knew what was wrong, quoted me a price, and explained to me the situation. I was reluctant to trust, and reluctant to believe, as AAA had taken me through a run around, and given me the impression that this was a electric problem that a locksmith may or may not be able to fix. Yasser gave me his word that he knew what was wrong. He said this was very common for my cars model and year, and he promised I would be driving home in less than two hours. He had stated that it was my ignition. And my key. In approximately one hour and 15 minutes, I not only had everything fixed, but my car was started, my key was re-done, and I was told I would not have to check up with a mechanic, I would not have to do anything, and nothing would further need to be done, as he had fixed my ignition. He even handed me the broken parts and showed me what had gone wrong. This was just common wear and tear as the vehicle is a 2007. During the time that he was working on my car, he had such a friendly conversation with my daughter and I, and was genuinely concerned with our feelings and making sure we were feeling comfortable and safe. He was so kind, and so calming, as well as so informative, that I couldn't help but give him a hug upon our departure. In conclusion, instead of this being an experience that I felt was a bump in the road, or a rip off, I ended up actually taking this in as a positive experience. I wouldn't believe this was going to happen to my car, but it happened on this beautiful Sunday where such an amazing gentleman was able to help my daughter and I. If I ever need a locksmith for anything, I wouldn't hesitate to use any company, other than this one! Called and Yassir gave me a quote that was pretty much the same as all the other local locksmiths. They all charge between $50-$70 for the visit and then $15-$25 per lock. Yassir came within the hour after I called in the evening and took a Yelp coupon that was available. He changed locks on both doors in about 45 minutes and was able to change our door knob as well with ones he had in stock. Then he was able to key my transponder key for my truck as a bonus which took a little while but thankful for new keys and new locks on everything for an affordable price. I called Any Lock Anytime Locksmith because my key was jammed in the deadbolt lock and wouldn't come out. Yasser was there in under 30 minutes and did a fantastic job. He got the key out as well as correct the overall issue of a bad installation. The key I was using had been poorly made, coupled with a bad install and eventually this caused the tumbler to get stuck.
