I called Greg on a busy 4th of July weekend after my deadbolt busted. We couldn't access our front door from the outside or inside. We have wood double doors that expand due to weather and the doors and lock were tight. We knew it was a matter of time something was going to break. Or perhaps a key might snap off in the lock. Even opening and closing the door was difficult with the expanding of the doors and misalignment of the locks. Greg fixed all the problems we had.
