Inna and Anna are a dream team -- they're absolute rockstars! They created the wedding of our dreams; but if i'm being honest, I didn't even dream for it to look THIS GOOD! I initially tried to plan a wedding myself but quickly found myself overwhelmed while simultaneously working three jobs and reached out to Inna. From our very first phone consult, her warmth and enthusiasm was felt through the phone and I instantly knew that she was the perfect match for us to work with. She was literally god sent to us and I have no idea what I would have done without her. Can I please give TEN stars?? I'm breaking this up into two reviews: Firstly, the wedding day: We just got married this Saturday, 9/18/21 and it was ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. Inna and Anna are a power duo who made the whole day go so smoothly. I hate being the bad guy, but guess who doesn't? Anna!!! Anna ensured everyone was where they needed to be, WHEN they needed to be there, and came to my rescue SO many times. Anna's middle name may be Mary Poppins because she had just about everything in her bag to save the day. Meanwhile, Inna was working hard with the vendors, and by the time the ceremony/reception started, everything was just perfection (i'll be using that word a lot here). Inna also would run up to me and my fiance to make sure we were always well fed and drinking. She took care of us the whole evening!! Also to add, the florals were absolutely breathtaking and perfect!! Thanks to Inna and her team (Lana on florals) they went above and beyond my expectations in decor. It was simply perfection!! (photos to come later!) Secondly, all the pre-wedding things: Due to the pandemic, we postponed our wedding so Inna was our planner for two years.. TWO YEARS!! I'm an organized person, I started planning my wedding relatively early, I'm an SF native and know the lay of the land, so hiring coordinators seemed like a superfluous expense. Honestly, signing with AnyOccasion was the best thing to have happened to us during wedding planning. We could not have asked for a better experience. There's a reason they have an average rating for all five stars on yelp. They are Bay Area's best. My husband and I knew we needed a wedding planner. It was each our first time getting married--we knew nothing of how to throw such a momentous occasion/make it special to us and yet accommodate our families--and we didn't want to burden our loved ones in planning all the details even though they were so eager to help. We reached out to a few wedding planners--but from the get-go, Inna (from AnyOccasion) not only responded the fastest, but her excitement and energy continued at this level throughout our wedding planning experience and even after. She was ready to answer our questions all the time--even maintaining some contact when she went on vacation for a bit with her family.  I think what adds to their success is their decades long years of experience--because let me tell you: Inna and Anna (her colleague) certainly know what they're doing. My husband and I pulled off (what would seem to others, as a grand SF wedding), but in actuality we saved quite a bit of money--with the help of Inna from AnyOccasion. Though having a wedding in downtown SF is already pretty pricey, Inna gave us some tricks of the trade regarding other 'less vital' items, such as our flowers (by the way, AnyOccasion has an in house florist--WHO WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND--seriously. We incidentally price checked them with a family friend, who is also a florist (supposedly among SF's high ranking ones) and who offered to help us, but this family friend ended up marking us up a few thousand more than AnyOccasion. I really felt at that point, we were willing to take the leap and trust AnyOccasion.  And glad we did. I mean, I was considering babies breath for flowers, but Inna put it to me straight--everyone knows they're the cheapest, not only in price but in look as well, and she and her florist knew a better way. So, though reluctantly at first, we trusted them. And when we actually got to the wedding day: They blew us away. Level of detail: Inna noticed that I liked a bouquet that had gold sprayed leaves--she and her florist made it happen for each set of flowers. They made decor for the wedding--Inna has an in-house guy who made our dreams happen with a video animation gobo/draping (things we were thinking might be out there, but cool if we had it). They did it. They met and exceeded our expectations. And they negotiated with us at every level, with no sense of judgement. They just worked with us.  When my husband and I hired a high-end photographer before meeting AnyOccasion, and after realizing that the photographer was completely inflexible (this photographer needed all the right conditions to make quality photos) Inna, with her years long of wedding networking, hooked us up with Choco Studio, who ended up documenting our whole day in photos (from small exchanges to amazingly picturesque/magazine style photos) at a significantly lower price! Not only this, but she knew our other vendors by coincidentally working with them in the past (vendors we signed before Inna), and they all worked so well together! Back to wedding day. Of course, it's a hectic day. But, let me tell you. As someone who's first time getting married, Anna and Inna were not only readily prepared for every situation, but they made the experience fun and less nerve-wrecking. From the getting ready portion of the day all the way down to the reception. And when I say every situation, I mean it: my dress had a long train and it needed to be bustled. My sister helped me in the bathroom of the venue, but sure enough, as reliable as can be, so did Anna and Inna. They respectfully offered to help my sister bustle the dress in the large stall (felt like they were really family at that moment). The train of my dress also had a malfunction later in the night and Anna fixed it for me right before I did my dances with my husband and father, so it was perfect/hassle free! Life-saver, Anna! Also, we couldn't find my garter the day of the wedding. Saddened, my husband and I asked Inna if there was anything we could do. Inna braided and hand-made a makeshift garter for us within minutes during the reception (SO SWEET!). We still have it to this day (it's currently a keepsake wrapping around one of our vases). I'm telling you. I've never known strangers who have cared so much about our wedding day as genuinely as Inna and Anna while simultaneously respecting our multi-ethnic & budgeting values and having wholesome fun doing it. Our families also attest that among the weddings recently attended, AnyOccasion made all the difference.  Like I said earlier, they are simply Bay Area's best. I'm the kind of girl who wants to do everything herself, but hiring Any Occasion to be our partial planners and day-of-coordinator was the best decision we ever made. Inna & Anna's "can-do" attitude just blew me away. My husband knows how extremely particular I am, so he was especially impressed by Inna's unwavering patience and positive attitude during the planning process as I changed my mind and made changes countless times. For our wedding, my husband and I hired Inna from Any Occasion for the month of coordination. It took me a while to find a wedding planner because I knew it was an important decision I had to make considering I'm not much of a planner and my husband was out of state busy with work. I even had phone interviews with a handful of them but after all the research, I could not have been happier with my decision to go with Inna! Although we had hired her for month of coordination, Inna was always available to me through email or phone to answer any question or concerns I had. Anna and Inna from Any Occasion could not have been better! I was about half way through the wedding planning process when I realized we would absolutely need a day of coordinator. I went searching on yelp and found a few good candidates. Anna and Inna won out because they seemed so eager to help, were totally down to execute all my ideas, had a ton of years of experience, and their rate was very reasonable. They stayed in contact with me in the months leading up to the wedding, set me up with their amazing floral contact for our ceremony arch, and answered every question I had. They were always super willing to talk to me and always made me feel like their number 1 priority. Let me just say, the day of my wedding, they were absolute ROCK STARS. I literally didn't look at a clock once. They made sure we were on time from getting ready, to pictures, to the ceremony, cocktail hour, everything. Because there is no parking at our ceremony site, shuttles are necessary. Anna and Inna had someone come and point people from the garage where we told our guests to park to the shuttle loading area. Because we didn't use a florist and did the flowers and centerpieces ourselves, Inna and Anna set up the entire reception area themselves. I was amazed by how good it looked. We hired Inna and Anna as our day of coordinators for our Sept 2012 wedding at the Asian Art Museum and Saint Marys Cathedral in San Francisco. We are forever thankful for their help making our wedding the most amazing day of our lives! They brought peace of mind during the crazy months of wedding planning and stress. Though they were just 'day of coordinators', we were in contact with them nine months prior to our wedding. We began working with them in Jan 2012 when we had booked 85% of our wedding vendors. Inna helped us with a number of tasks that I felt were beyond her 'day of' duties - she recommended vendors for linens and chairs, read through all our contracts, made a layout of the reception floor plan, and kept us on track for all our planning with friendly biweekly emails. There are sooooo many details for a wedding and Inna is on top of them all from making sure we had an accurate timeline for our vendors to ensuring we had the GOBO design we wanted for our dance floor. Asian Art Museum is home to priceless artwork and therefore is a notoriously difficult venue to work with a million regulations for vendors and VERY tight timeline to set up for a wedding. On the day of the wedding, Inna was able coordinate all the vendors to set up the reception in just 90 minutes (most wedding venues have all day to set up). We were very concerned with a delayed start time because of this very short set up time but Inna made it happen! Through out the wedding day, we were mostly with Anna, who was a blast to be with. We had a mini emergency at the ceremony where one of my bridesmaids ripped her dress right before walking down the aisle. Anna was right there with her sewing kit stitching up her dress minutes before the start of the ceremony and we were still on time! Amazing! Hiring Inna was probably the best decision of the entire wedding planning process. We had spoken with other coordinators who said we'd get 1 or 2 phone calls and unlimited emails and they wanted to charge more than Inna. For a reasonable fee, we hired Inna for partial planning service and must have had 10 calls and a few face-to-face meetings with her. She was available to help whenever we needed her and made the day-of sooooo much easier, helping us to keep the pace and accomplish everything we wanted to do that day. The best decision I made during the planning process of our wedding was to stop thinking that I can manage all of it and hire Any Occasion. I was working with Inna and she was great! Always responded to every email (which after dealing with a lot of other vendors turns out to be a huge deal) Always on time. I was very nervous up until we did our walk through but when I overheard some of the questions she was asking my vendors and the location I knew instantly i was in good hands. She worked well with the vendors I already hired and was a big help with getting me really great deals with the music and flower vendors that I haven't yet (made me think that I should have just gone through them for all my vendors). She put together a very detailed schedule for us and brought up a lot of good points that I haven't thought through. On the day of the wedding in all the chaos she was on time, supportive and collected. Our location was about 3 hours from San Francisco, and there was no reception in the area which means no phones or texts, and we had a huge productions with a tent, a stage catering driving up from Oakland, a band ect. She managed everything perfectly from our walk down the Isle and then back at the reception. Where to even begin?! My husband and I got engaged in Feb '18 and our wedding was Sept 2, 2018 which left us little time to plan and execute a flawless wedding. We were planning a destination wedding for ourselves and many of our guests and we knew doing so from Denver would be an extreme headache. This is where Anna, our superstar came into the picture. Anna made this process so simple for us. Not only was she straight up fun to be around (our wedding party and family was obsessed with her too), she spent time with us each time we were in town. She gave us a list of vendors we would need for our wedding and provided contacts to reach out to and interview as well! I would say 90% of planning a wedding is hiring the right team, and with Anna's help we were able to accomplish that in the first month or so. Anna was ALWAYS available for a text or call (im not kidding, im pretty certain I texted her in the middle of the night when I couldn't sleep thinking of details) and never, ever beat around the bush. If you want someone to be honest with you, this is your girl. She did a fantastic job of bringing us down to reality when it came to things we wanted vs things we needed. The day of the wedding was the least stressful day in the whole process. I was certain that if anything were not to go as planned it would be taken care of, and thats the best feeling on the most important day of your life. She even showed up with a tide pen after finding out I spilled coffee on my white robe while getting ready!!
