Didn't want to overheat the rig so we all sweltered. Couldn't get hold of my car insurance company (THEY will be fired!) but a kind State Patrolman stopped to check on us and got us set up with Chris and Son from Cuba. In about 1/2 hour (after State Patrol said to turn the A/C on as he was worried about US overheating...not the truck :) When the man arrived he assessed the situation which was very dangerous...shoulders there barely wide enough for my pickup and trailer. He had me creep forward about a mile to where there was more room and then carefully and professionally got the shredded blown out remains off the trailer and mounted the spare. MAN...was I glad to see him and the State Patrolman! They got me and the critters back on the road and headed out to a horse camp for vacation. THANK YOU! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
