Not really sure she knows her job that well if that was the problem, but I did nothing but ask a question. The brunette was very nice. I wish I never moved to the other lady when I was asked.

I walked into this store #2772 and have never been treated so poorly. I have worked in retail for over 32 years as a store manager of a large grocery store (Vons-Safeway), so I am aware of customer service. Your employee 129401 (the older employee) they may have been sharing the same register was so rude to me when I needed assistance for sending my amazon return. She claimed my return needed to be in the original box that it came in (the box came with 650.00 worth of products and the box was huge, so the box that the product came in within the box was taped and I handed it over to her and she said she couldn't accept it as it was because it needed to be in the 'original package', which it was and how I received it. She continued to explain that I needed to purchase packaging for the box to be sent. The instructions from amazon were - "Boxes should be packed and sealed before dropping off at The UPS Store location or packaging charges may apply" The box was sealed and was the original box it came in, not the full box (650.00 box) but the box was sealed and secure. In the UPS store I frequented in California, I have returned other items and they scanned the QR code and slapped the label on the box and it was fine. The clerk kept telling me that it would not go through if it wasn't re-boxed. I had to pay an additional 12.23 for the package to be sent. Amazon had it as free shipping. I also had two labels I had sent through my email to be printed as we have just moved in and we haven't set up my printer. She said that it would not be ready until 5:00 pm, my visit was at 2:41. She was reluctant to check to see if it was in her queue to be printed, she finally printed only one copy (I had 2 pages to be printed) The copy was a UPS label for an item going to Boll and Branch. She told me that I probably will not get credit back because it was not re-boxed, which would probably cost me another 12.00. I had to send another item from Boll and Branch back in California and I sent it back exactly like I did, and did not have any problems. I just checked to make sure that the UPS tracking for the product from Boll and Branch and it did not go through until today. My whole experience literally made me shaken and want to throw up. The clerk was pleasant to others, but for some reason she was just awful to me. I am a Hispanic professional woman that has just retired. I wonder if that had anything to do with my transaction. The other clerk was very pleasant and kept looking over to her as she was working on my order. I typically do not ever write any type of review, but I am still shaking my head on how or why I was treated the way I was. I hope you can use this review for this particular clerk and let her know that it changed my whole mind on ever bringing my business to the store. I had to return a FedEx box as well up the street at Smart Printing Centers and it was a full 360 degrees difference. The clerk was cheerful, helpful and pleasant. What a difference. I will most likely using them for my shipping needs. It's unfortunate that as an owner/manager that you are showing your employees on how not to treat your customers. Three things that you have wrong in your synopsis. 1) The FedEx box never came into your establishment because I knew I had to take it up the street 2) The box did not contain hazardous materials. The box was the original box and there was nothing in there that was hazardous. 3) You still did not print my second page from my print job, which I paid for prior to arriving. It was 2:40 and it was the first time you checked the queue, your other employee stated as so. 4) You charge for boxes that are unnecessary for your own profit. I know now what 2 UPS offices I will not be visiting and or bringing my business to.

Our experience with Ron Dishman Towing was extremely frustrating and disappointing…read more On December 23, our son--a college student living in Rolla--was involved in a car accident while driving home from work. Dishman Towing arrived and towed the vehicle before a AAA tow request could be completed. Our son was given no information about where the car was taken or how to contact the company. When we called the next morning, we were told they would not work with our son at all, even though he is the primary driver and lives locally. Only the registered owners could handle payment, and it had to be done in person--despite us living more than five hours away. Storage fees of $75 per calendar day were charged even while the office was closed for the holiday, leaving us no realistic way to retrieve the vehicle without accumulating more fees. Communication throughout the process was curt and dismissive, with no guidance, flexibility, or empathy offered during an already stressful situation. Another towing company ultimately had to relocate the vehicle, requiring a five-hour drive just to resolve the issue before closing. Rolla is a college town, and families expect basic professionalism and fairness from local businesses, especially during emergencies. Unfortunately, that was not our experience here. I would strongly encourage others--especially students and their families--to proceed with caution.

They act like fee lords--your job…read moreinterview, medical needs, or urgent ID access mean nothing to them unless their payment is secured. I tried to retrieve my ID from my grandfather's impounded car, and they refused access over a minor incident, even though I was calm and cooperative afterward. Staff were rude, dismissive, and completely unwilling to work with me--even when I offered supervised access or legal documentation. It's clear they care more about squeezing every dollar than treating people with basic respect. If you're dealing with this company, document everything and be ready to escalate. They don't just hold vehicles--they hold your life hostage behind a paywall.

They wanted to charge me$ 875.00 bucks to bring it to my house 3 miles away. I said no! I want to call my own tow truck. Deputy said no. Now, they want 1,000 bucks for me to get my items from my car.....law suit coming!!!! Ps...I don't even want to give one star but, I have too, in order to write a review.

I was involved in an auto accident on a rural two lane highway in Missouri, after calling 911 and…read morereporting the accident, C&C Towing was dispatched to my vehicle. After the Highway Patrol finished their investigation, my vehicle was promptly loaded onto a flat bed truck. Since I was now stranded in a rural area, without cell service and transportation, the tow truck driver offered, what I thought was a courtesy ride, to the next town, where I arranged transportation to my home. I then started making arrangements with my insurance company and an auto repair facility. About this time, I found out what my towing bill was and still growing, just the tow truck drive (approx 17 miles) to my car was $400, I was billed full rate for the "Courtesy ride", and the storage fee was adding up, after two days, I was up to approximately $900 dollars. I was so shocked and angry with C & C Towing, that I hired a neighboring company, D & D tow truck service to move my car to their lot until I could get arrangements settled with my insurance company and repair facility. Be aware, C & C Towing LLC of Rolla, Mo is out to gouge every nickel and dime out of you as possible, and they so conveniently do not accept credit cards, so you better have a wad of cash on hand, otherwise, every day (even for an hour) it sits on their lot, you will be charged a full day's rate. This is the type of company that gives Towing company's a bad name. This further explains why this company currently has a 1.4 / 5 rating on Yelp. I will give credit to the towing company (D&D Towing in Rolla, Mo) that picked up my car and temporarily stored it in their lot. This is a nice family owned business, that definitely shows compassion and care to it's customers. Save yourself the headache and avoid this company, C & C Towing, at all costs.

I'm not usually one to shame a business on Facebook but I just wanted to give yall a little…read moreinformation on how A&A Towing and recovery in Rolla Mo does his employees. 1st to start with you do a 10-99 tax form and he files it as your using your own tow truck and equipment to do repos. I now have to pay in a crap ton even tho I used his truck, fuel and equipment. 2nd he pays you by the vehicles which isn't even close to the risk your taking when you repo someone's car. 3rd you'll show up to the office just to set there hours and hours to talk about nothing before he sends you out to work. 4th by the time he sends you out it already late so depending on where he sends you you could be out all hours of the night until midnight or later. 5th even if your out looking for repos all hours of the nights and you don't get a single thing, you don't get paid... so you waited your time. I think it was $45 for volunteer repos and $75 for non volunteer repos give or take a little. 6th he only does the bare minimum maintenance on his trucks.. I went ALL summer last year with NO AC in the rollback, most of you are thinking it wouldn't be that hot.. WRONG all the heat from the engine came under the dash on your legs. SO SAFE YOURSELF THE TROUBLE AND DONT WORK FOR and or do any business with A&A Towing and recovery in Rolla Mo. Owner is Charlie Young, he's a very rude and creepy guy. P.S. the guy is a creep he's went after several of my friends, even when they had a boyfriend and they was in there twenties!! Please share so you can warn others about this company.
