He told us they would be out same day, never heard from the owner, called back and he committed to coming the next day. he showed up late and spent the one hour he charged us for his hourly rate, talking to another customer on the phone then told us we needed to replace the entire compartment door. We never heard from him again, tried to call with no answer, I left a message basically begging him to respond as we needed this repaired before we left to go home. The owner then texted back to say he would call shortly. That was 3 days ago and we still have not heard from him. We called TNT mobile repair instead and they are fabulous! Very responsive and it turns out we only needed a new hinge, not a $500 door and it was fixed next day. If you are in the 30A area DO NOT call DNA mobile repair, reach out to TNT Mobile RV repair (850-687-9805) instead they are great!

Our experience with DNA Mobile RV Repair (Dalton Booth) has been unacceptable from start to finish…read more We contacted Dalton on August 4, 2025 after storm damage to our RV. He quickly provided an estimate and assured us he would handle the insurance process and complete all repairs, including awning arms, fabric, body damage, and a roof issue that later became a full roof replacement per insurance requirements. A check was issued directly to him on October 2, 2025, and we delivered our camper to his shop on October 13. What followed was over four months of excuses, broken promises, and dishonesty. We were repeatedly told: * Parts were delayed * Other campers were ahead of ours * Weather caused delays * He was sick * Technicians called out * Motors were faulty * Fabric was measured incorrectly * Parts were "out for delivery" * He would be there "next week" We were given multiple completion dates that were never honored. When we finally brought the camper home in December, we discovered: * The roof had NOT been replaced as implied -- it had simply been rolled with sealant. * The original damaged awning arms from August were still attached. * The camper had not been resealed as previously claimed. * Our 50-amp power cord was missing. When confronted in person, Dalton admitted he had lied to us multiple times "to buy time." Even after that admission, the delays continued. No-shows. More incorrect parts. More promises. More excuses. In late February 2026, Dalton also tried to buy us out, knowing the issues we were having, by offering us a weekend stay at Splash RV. As of March 2, 2026 -- almost 5 months after he received payment -- our camper is still not fully repaired and we have no firm completion date. This has been stressful, time-consuming, and completely unprofessional. Taking payment, failing to complete contracted work, and repeatedly lying to customers is unacceptable. We strongly caution anyone considering this business.

They said yes but it would take a couple of weeks to get done. At that point I wasn't in a hurry, so I left the jacket with them. On Feb 13th I stopped by to pick up my jacket and the woman behind the counter said that it wasn't ready and would take another week to get done. I was out of town the next week so I asked my girlfriend to pick it up for me. When she got there on Feb 21st the same woman that I dropped the jacket off with and spoken to on Feb 13th told her that it would be yet another week. So when I returned I stopped in on the Feb 27th and you guessed it once again she told me that it wasn't ready and that she would make sure that it was ready the following Tues (Mar 3rd). After not hearing from them on the day she promised it would be ready I called them on Wed Mar 4th and the very same woman that I had always spoken to informed me that they were unable to get a replacement zipper and that I needed to come pick up my jacket. As a result of their lying to me for over a month I am now leaving for a week long motorcycle trip WITHOUT a zipper in one of the sleeves in my leather jacket.

If you value your equipment, money, and time. Never take anything you need repaired to ANYTHING OUTDOORS !!! You are better off leaving your lawnmower and gear at a abandon parking lot in the projects for a week with $500 in a envelope marked call me when fixed. I own a landscaping company and had my zero turns prepped in December early to have ready in spring. These are 6 month old $3000 zero turns. I just wanted my blades sharpened, oil change, air filter changed. Normal maintenance. I get a call for pick up. $300. They gave me full service which I didn't ask for. I get home and check my blades and air-filter. Neither had been worked on or changed. This resent visit I was giving them one more try and shot at my repeat business for my company and word of mouth to my friends who also own landscaping business. Its spring and I just needed my battery charged, air-pressure checked, oil change, air-filter change. Normal maintenance for a brand new zero turn. I told them what I wanted done about 3 times and they insisted it sounded like I need FULL SERVICES done. I look at the price board which is new this year. Says $100 for FULL SERVICE and about $85 for a battery. It was about $60 more than what I needed done but hey.... Its FULL SERVICES so I am thinking they will do I don't know. Like Firestone or anyone else FULL SERVICES. Check about 12 to 20 things tell you what might need fixed or does need fixed. Put air in my tires etc. etc. So I say sure and head home. They call me and say its done and when I get there I see my mower in the parking lot ready for me. I go check it out before going in and see that my tires are not just low but flat. My air-filter was not changed and packed with dirt and even broken to where it will not stay closed. The battery was replaced even though it just needed a charge and was replaced with a what seems to be a used china made battery. My shiny red paint was covered in oil and finger prints. I go inside and say so my mower is ready ??? They said yes that will be $200. I asked to see the work papers and receipt. Showed like 12 plus things they did with boxes next to the items but nothing was marked off as done. I asked are you sure its ready ? They said yes. Well I checked it out and I see you didn't put air in my tires or change the air-filter. I wonder what else didn't get done seeing that this list has nothing marked off as done and that is one of the things I asked you to do and says right here that you would do it or did. The owner got very rude with me and started lying about what I asked to have done and I simply said what I wanted done was not done and what you wanted to do which was FULL Service and I am about to pay for surely was not even started. He reply's we changed the blades and battery like you asked...... Okay one I didn't want my blades changed I had $100 blades on there and don't want your $20 blades. They were new and last 2 years. Two I didn't want your cheap new battery's either. So can I have the old blades and battery you took off ? Ohhh no we got rid of them... You mean you stole them and charged me for it. 3rd what about the other 12 things on your list of FULL Services.... You named 2 of them and didnt even do that right.... Well you can leave your mower here and we will do it and call you. I left and got a call today that it was done and ready for pick up that they changed the airfilter..... Thats it !!! After that long talk you just did that !!! So I go to pick it up and they are closed Sat and Sun. Hmmm You just called me 20 minutes ago saying its ready come get it. Sighs....... ANYTHING OUTDOORS !!!! Is a monkey ran company that steals your parts off your equipment and if they remember to replace it they replace it with cheap used parts from other mowers. They are a CHOP SHOP and charge you 5 times what others charge. My new zero turn is having its new nuts taken off with needle nose wire cutters, and being worked on so freaking fast for a fast turn out that just bringing a mower in for a $20 oil change cost me $400 in repairs and missing parts. Again NEVER take anything to these crooks !!!! read more
