Well Robertsdale knew exactly what my problem was and said to bring it and they would fix it under warranty. So I walked out with a new blower and scheduled appointment for my lawnmower fix. I couldn't be happier. They have tons of accessories and parts if you need them. I know for sure they carry scag, echo, stilh and a few other brands.

They could have saved me a trip by leaving me a voicemail to say that. This is laziness on their part. And I highly question what they told me was the root cause of the problem with my machine.
