They didn't show up to my wedding with my chair rentals! I confirmed 2 days before that they were coming and they never showed up! They didn't let us know till an hour before the wedding! He offered me chairs for another ceremony! I am not redoing my ceremony! Terrible! read more

DO NOT HIRE @anytime event service My best friend Ashlyn Williamsgot married yesterday at Majestic Pines Lounge & Event Center - Original Bucks Barn and booked Anytime Event Service chair rental..they were to arrive at noon and at 12:30 we tried calling for an eta because they still had not shown up and it went straight to voicemail. We found a second number which happened to be disconnected. After emailing texting calling blowing up every possible outlet for over an hour we finally got ahold of one of the assistants keith who says the owner Alan Doyle was in Jamaica. And that something was mentioned to him about it but he didn't think he wanted HIM to do the delivery and the chairs were probably on a trailer in some alley and he couldn't get them there because he didn't have a vehicle and he was going to try and get ahold of someone to "see about it"...he never called back and when we called him back he says I don't know what to tell you...and gave excuse after excuse..leaving the bride hysterical on her special day while she's trying to get ready and everyone scrambling for chairs for her almost 200 guests less than an HOUR before it started! From what we are hearing now this isn't the first this has happened to people! The absolute worst business I have ever seen! Save yourself the stress and do not even bother! read more

We had the unfortunate displeasure of our wedding dj and shuttle services being provided by anytime anytime event services. While setting up for the event our DJ was missing a cord. Rather than find a solution, he just got on his phone with Alan, the owner, and explained multiple times that the cord he needed was not there. A guest of the party had to take the initiative to go to multiple stores looking for a cord that might work. At this point, our wedding ceremony was a half hour late. We ended up with the dj playing our ceremony music through his YouTube app and holding it up to a microphone. The advertisements in between songs and his commentary on how bad the situation was made for a very uncomfortable and unprofessional ceremony. Finally, another member of the crowd pointed out that all the music needed was on the computer. At this time, we were able to have music at our reception but the same songs were being played over and over. My best man's girlfriend and my best man ended up having to take over the music and announcing while our dj tried getting drunk at our limited open bar. To the point that he complained about how little alcohol our bartender was pouring. I then had to reach out to the owner, myself, to inquire about possible refunds for the terrible service provided. We were then blamed for a pre-existing door gap to the doors on the shuttle. All in all, we received less than 40% of the cost of the dj service back for a refund after being told we deserved a full refund from the DJ that did the worst job any of our guests had ever experienced. read more

I honestly do not know where to begin with how upset I am over this so called business. I hired them back in January 2020 for my Sept 26th 2020 wedding.. We booked the silver package dj service and the shuttle. In August I reached out to them to make sure everything was still set for my wedding and he responded it was and asked about a day we could talk to go over everything. I never heard back, after a few emails and text messages, my mom had to reach out and we finally got a hold of him the week of my wedding, and he claimed it was email issues. The night of my rehearsal the guy that was suppose to be the dj for the night shows up and little did we know he had absolutely NO dj experience.. We were kinda iffy but went ahead as he said he would come early Saturday to set up and get everything going. He did NOT show up until an hour before the wedding was to begin, as he is setting up the equipment he then realizes he's missing a cord to play the music, so as he is panicking to all the guests searching through bags and it not being there one of our guests went and bought a bunch of cords in hopes one would work. As the time of the wedding was approaching he just kept trying to address the issues with my now husband who was just worried about if we were going to be able to get married and have the music we've had planned. After about 30 minutes after our wedding was suppose to start he decided on playing music from his phone through the microphone.. YouTube adds and all, and you could also hear through the microphone the guy talking to someone saying we deserve a FULL refund. After that disaster: they finally got the equipment up and running for the reception, well this so called dj had NO clue what he was doing didn't know any music to be played so My husbands best Man and his Girlfriend ended up DJing while this guy sat back and played poker on his phone and he tried to drink our alcohol. Luckily the bartender cut him off. So after that evening we expected to get some sort of an apology from Alan the business owner. But we got nothing. So my husband reached out to him with how upset we were at the situation, and his response was we not even an apology but how he won't charge us for their shuttle door or the damage to the back of the bus. So rewind to the bus issue. Their bus driver picked up my parents first to take them to wedding and when they got in the lady said "sometimes the door sticks and doesn't close all the way" and my dads fiancé had to switch seats because the wind was blowing so bad. And after she dropped them off she reversed into a mailbox and did the damage herself and wouldn't even get out of the bus to take responsibility to the neighbors the mailbox belonged too, and he wanted to blame us for their issues: but they won't charge us for that because our dj service sucks! I have never been so disappointed and I'm not one to ever complain, I'm lucky for the people that stepped up to do the job of this so called dj business. maybe not send a Fill in who has never been a dj before to someone's wedding. read more
