As a location I love the staff at this anytime, and the location itself is great! Very plentiful parking, and a smoothie shop nearby for an amazing post workout! On top of using the gym facilities here I get one on one sessions here for strength building, and there are even classes administered by the staff. --It's important to know membership cancellation with Anytime Fitness the corporation (ABC Financial Services is their billing agent) is challenging and convoluted, and is lousy with hidden fees. Be aware of that before signing up, and if you want a short term thing, maybe consider other avenues.-- With that out of the way (I've had my membership for around a decade now and still love it, I even moved across the country with it!!), you would be shocked to see the reach of Anytime Fitness though when contrasted with other national gyms (I've been able to use my membership at gyms in Tokyo, Kyoto, and Amsterdam -- it's international babey!!!) so if you're going abroad, Anytime is an absolute boon! No need to completely forgo your routine just because you're travelling! read more

Met the owner, nice guy. I'd suggest a couple things. Repair the nautilus universal and get a preacher for the crooked bar. Sliding pulleys need new bushings and other parts. Unavailable parts need to be copied by extracting a good one and taking to a 3D printer. read more

This is an incredible gym. It's very clean and everyone who works there is knowledgeable about the equipment and give you a lot of advice. Allyson was amazing. I was using a piece of equipment the wrong way and she showed me how to do it correctly which totally changed everything for me. She also gave me a pep talk and was incredibly encouraging. She's like a coach or something with the way she pushes and helps you along if you start to struggle. I'd recommend this place to anyone because it's everything a gym should be from the bottom to the top. Awesome place. read more

Just want to start off by saying that I just recently moved in the Area last week and I've been a member of Anytime Fitness for over 5 years. I searched and found the gym less than 2 miles from me. I did notice others gyms in the area but I need a 24hr facility, which is a huge plus for me. So As soon as I walked in the facility I was greeted by a gentleman and was stated that he was the New owner. A Super nice guy with a lot of passion and enthusiasm. The sight of the gym at first was a little small and dated but it's getting a major Facelift. They are expanding their square footage with New Equipment, a training facility, newly renovated bathrooms and much more. The owner informed me that the newly renovated gym should be done in 2-3 weeks. Can't wait! read more

From the second we walked in, we felt welcomed and knew that the staff had our best interests at heart. Shane was more than happy to walk through all that the club had to offer and made sure that it was what we needed in a gym before we signed anything. It is a very comfortable and clean environment. They even have a functional group training class for those of us who can't figure out what to do in a gym on our own. :) I would highly recommend Anytime Fitness if you're looking for a great gym with a passionate and supportive staff. Tiny gym way over priced. CROWDED if more than 10 people show up. If you want to spend time waiting on equipment this is your gym. Always under new management for some reason. Planet fitness in Cartersville hands down a better option ANYTIME of the week. read more

I was very pleased with the gym and staff of Anytime Fitness. This gym has a hometown feel and is locally owned and is not operated like the corporate style gyms in the local area that are looking for high gym memberships more than personal goals. I like the fact that this gym will allow you to tour the gym and facilities without signing a waiver. I would highly recommend this gym. I received personal training and I was very pleased with the effort my trainer put forth to help me achieve my goals. read more

On March the 6th, after reviewing and comparing the gyms in Cartersville, I printed off a 7 day pass that you offered on your website. I printed one for my husband (who is a current member at LA Fitness in Kennesaw and Stacks Fitness in Acworth- for weight training) as well as for my neighbor and her husband. We all planned on trying your gym together and I was confident that my neighbor and I would be joining some time within those 7 days. Sadly, after just 1 experience with your gym we never went back. On Wednesday evening my husband and I arrived at your gym around 6:00, with our neighbors set to arrive shortly after. Upon arrival we waited in the front door area unsure as to where we should check in at. A few minutes went by with no acknowledgement from your staff so my husband proceeded to walk into the work out area to look for some one. He was stopped quickly by a gentleman in his late 20's with a Mohawk who asked for our ID cards. We explained to him that we didn't have a membership, only the 7 day passes. As my husband and I pulled the passes up via our email on our phones (it took less than 15 seconds) the gentleman turned his back and continued his personal conversation with, what looked to like to us, his friends. After a few more minutes of waiting my husband said "excuse me" TWICE before the gentleman would turn back around. At that time he looked at our 7 day passes and then pointed to a clip board and told us to sign in. He then TURNED BACK AROUND and continued his conversation. My husband helped me get started with some of the equipment, he is much more experienced than I am, since no one from your staff bothered to show us around or even take the time to explain the benefits of your facility. I kept expecting that at some point the gentleman that was so rude to us would come over and at least introduce himself or welcome us to Anytime Fitness, but shortly after we arrived I watched him gather his belongings, lock the front door, and have another conversation outside. This time with some young females. Not another word was said to my husband or I by any of your staff. I am so thoroughly disappointed in our experience, that I don't know if I would visit any other Anytime Fitness...ever! Your Cartersville location has ruined your good name for my family, and my friends! I even went as far as to call my neighbor after our arrival and told them just to stay home. It was not worth the drive for them to experience what we experienced. Your staff member gave me no reason to want to join your gym, nor did I have ANY reason to return to complete my 7 day free trial. I am so disgusted by the way we were treated by a person that represents your name, and I will tell anyone of my friends in the area who are looking for a gym to not even bother with Anytime Fitness. I can not tell you how to run your company, or even who to chose to staff it, but I can honestly tell you that you should be ashamed at that young man who you allow to represent you!! read more
