Been coming here since September '21 after switching from a bigger commercial gym. Honestly, I like it better. I'm there 6 days a week at various times and there hasn't been one session that I had to wait more than 5min for equipment or couldn't get the workout I go in for. And I'm in and out an avg 1.25hrs. Idc about cleanliness, I guess it's clean enough. I mean I go in to sweat my ass off so yeah I mean whatever. Service staff, I'm not getting bugged daily w/ msgs and calls about referring friends or getting a free 30min workout with a certified trainer. I don't talk to anyone there but all the regulars seem chill with each other. It is a small gym and it is kind of cramped but everyone's super respectful of your space and not hogging equipment. There's actually a lot of equipment for how small it is. Probably, the only thing I miss from my old gym is the TBar row and the seated dip machine. I could just be simple, but still as a daily gym rat I'm pretty happy coming here. read more

I've been going to this gym since the beginning of the year, I love how personal and focus this gym environment is. I started looking for gyms and started with the main stream gyms, which were too busy and not clean. This gym is small and clean not too many members on most days, when Machines don't work, you can expect them to be back up by the next visit. Joan is my absolute favorite person in the world she's been training me since the beginning, and i've had crazy results thanks to her and her personal training sessions. I recently canceled my membership with this club, due to the fact that they were double charging my account. I had been a member of this club since 2016, but the morning sale associate is not very approachable. I ask Perla for a refund for the erroneous charges but she said there was not she could do, so it sounds like to me the owner is a bit money hungry. Doesn't seem like David and his staff care more about sales than their members. In closing this club really disappointed me. Just not worth $110 a month. read more

A great option if you want 24x7 access to decent exercise equipment. Kept clean, friendly, and helpful studio managers (Andrea and Kevin). The mess of improperly put away free weights by members is my biggest peeve, but that is on members, not the facility. Decent internet speed (for a gym!). The price is reasonable (there is an annual fee, and you cannot leave before six months without a penalty), and you can request a membership pause if you are traveling for business, etc. read more

While I wanted to update the review to give 4 or 5 stars prior my billing issue, the most I can give is a 3. Unfortunately, they do not have control to correct any billing issues and you have to jump through another hoop and go through ABC Financial. This isn't their fault, but I do wish they had their own internal system they could utilize. Maybe one day when they're bigger. I was overcharged every month and some of their months it states their was a service fee for a late payment, and those are the months I was double charged. On their end, they don't see the amount that reflects on my bank statement. Again, this isn't their fault and is on ABC Financial's side, but it is who they're partnered with so it does kind of hinder the want to have a membership here. But what I don't like - is the only way to really contact someone is to text the number in the photo I posted prior. I understand most interaction is online and via phone nowadays, but human interaction is still equally important and reflects a lot on a business. Truly give them 48 hours to reply, as there will be time gaps since everything is via text. They're helping everyone, and I'm going to assume it's one person since it's only one phone number to contact, and it's an iMessage number. The gym is still fairly clean, from when I went during noon and late lunch during the week. Staff hasn't been on-site, in my experience. I'm going to just assume they're understaffed or something and only come on an appointment or case by case basis. I'm not sure if someone comes to clean, but luckily whenever I workout the other members clean up after themselves. read more

The only location that has not re-opened, which is fine, but absolutely no information to the members. Phone # doesn't work and absolutely no response to emails. Members shouldn't have to drive by everyday to see if it has reopened. Asked about broken equipment in the past and never received a response. Last time it was re-opened after Covid, equipment was filthy and cleaning supplies were lacking. There was plenty of time for deep cleaning, but that obviously did not happen. Maybe they'll get it right next time, but I highly doubt it, since they cannot even provide information to members. read more

I started coming to this gym a few years ago but left for Crunch last summer. Long story short I'm back, that place was a mess. I bounced around and can say from experience Anytime is the best option in Eastlake/Chula Vista. They've updated the layout and added/refreshed lots of equipment since I came back including a hip thrust machine, new squat racks, lockers, and dumbbells. I've been coming to this gym for a little bit over a year and it has not disappointed. The gym recently went through a renovation and has some nice new machines, for example a freaking BOOTY BUILDER Hip Thrust machine! The best!! It's always suuuper clean, I like the wipes system because people don't leave towels laying everywhere now. Andrea (front desk) is super nice as well and it's great to have someone greet you before a killer workout, however the guy running it in the afternoon/night is not as friendly, but eh I don't mind, that's why I just go in the morning, better vibes!!!! Looks good with renovations, new staff are iffy. Girl who works there before is still there, glad to see a familiar face and she's still nice she should've left. New trainer is a bore, if you're looking for training, he's not for anyone except if you're 100% new and basic. I'd expect a trainer to be talkative and pump you with energy but it seems he needs the energy himself. New manager just sits in the office doing nothing all day. He walks around maybe once just to get up and still does nothing, he would walk past plates on the ground and turn a blind eye to anything out place and never restocks wipes. He frustrates me more than anything in the gym. Bathrooms are clean usually, and it's not packed so that's a good side of the gym. 7-8/10 read more

This Gym is my Go to spot, lets just say I live 20 minutes away but I drive out of my way everyday to workout at this gym because I don't like any other gym. The gym is always clean, it's never crowded like most gyms you go to, the equipment is always up to date and nothing is ever broken, you have lots of machine variety, the weights go up high, the management here is on point. They are there to help and answer any questions you have and are also very friendly. The gym has greatly improved from a year ago with a new gym manager Andrea who is willing to help and provide assistance with any questions. As somebody whose work schedule is as sporadic as mine, this gym allows me to continue to pursue the goal of gains(no more excuses)! I've been a member for over a year and enjoy the atmosphere at this location. It's clean and has a wide range of fitness equipment. Nick is usually managing during the times I go and is always cool to talk to and if any of us (my husband and daughter) need anything the staff is always attentive to our needs. Let me start by saying I never leave bad reviews, because sometimes it's just a bad day but If I could give it less stars I would, my husband is in the military and tried to cancel before deployment but no one is ever in the office. He is now back and has driven 30+ min one way to the location to be told he has to wait for the GM to be there. (A different day) we are now here when we were told to come (another hour round trip) to have no one in the building. We were advised he would be there at 8am instead of the posted hours. He has now been paying for over an extra year and if I had to guess will not be refunded. Get it together people. read more

Personally, I love this gym. It's not overcrowded like the other gyms here in the Eastlake area. It's super clean, and they provide you with cleaning cloths to wipe down machines and mats. So far everyone here has been good about cleaning the equipment after they've used it. I go during the night 7-8pm usually around that time there's like 10 people there. They have a lot of equipment so you don't usually have to wait for a machine to open up. The bathrooms are clean and they smell good. And It doesn't stink in the gym itself. Thank you god! The staff is super nice, I haven't had any bad experiences w these guys. I initially signed up w john. He was very informative and nice! The staff is pretty chill, every time I come in they always smile at you and say hello. Definitely happy and I like how you can use any anytime fitness gyms internationally w your key. Will definitely be using that to an advantage when I leave for my vacation. I definitely recommend this place for those looking for a gym! Prices are good too. I've called nearly 10 times to cancel my membership, since I am military and can't be there in person to cancel it. I was assured three times that they would cancel it, and call/email me to let me know it was canceled. That was a month ago, And I was still charged for the month. I've called four more times, and none of the calls were answered, I'm assuming because COVID has caused the gym to be closed? That does not excuse the fact that they can't still reach out to customers who are trying to receive answers and assistance. Beyond frustrated at this point. Can't get ahold of anyone, will CONTINUE to be charged for services I'm not using, and it's been an almost two month ordeal. I've literally resorted to posting a YELP review, like cmon. read more
