While I do not have a personal trainer, they do not hover over you asking you about signing up for things that I do not want. I appreciate that they are always available and willing to help. This gym is clean, organized, and ready for use every time. Another reason I appreciate this gym is that it requires a key to get in because of its 24 hour access. This makes me feel safe and I know that if anything did happen, they have a way of tracking who has been there using their key cards and the cameras that are present. The gym members are pretty focused on their workouts and none of them are rude. I also appreciate the size of the gym. It is smaller but that does not mean it has fewer options. It is separated between two rooms, one with machines and dumbbells and another with squatting racks and other ways to get a workout in. Because it is smaller, it does not get as packed as larger gyms. And because it does not get packed like the larger gyms, you have space to work out using whatever machine or weights you need. So far, if I had something to complain about, it would just be the parking. They cannot control this, obviously. When you join this gym, I think it would be wise to get there at an early time than you plan to be there so that you can find good parking especially at night or when the weather is pretty bad. I really am happy that I signed up with this gym and I look forward to having more changes in my health as I stay consistent in checking in.

I had concerns about form, injuries, felt self-conscious, intimidated...all of it. Then I found Samera. In the time I've been working with Samera, I've learned so much about strength training, feel confident to continue a practice on my own, learned how to nourish my body to support my practice, am stronger than I've ever been, and I've lost 40 pounds! (For reference, I'm 60 years of age.) All the while, Samera has been encouraging and supportive, notices improvements, celebrates advancements, and always with the deepest sincerity. Your wins are her wins. If you're looking for someone who is as invested in your success as you are, Samera is your person. Do not hesitate, you won't regret it.

Over the course of our time together, I've not only lost 35 pounds but have also gained muscle and improved muscle tone. While I've shed inches, the boost in confidence I've gained is truly transformative. What sets Samera apart, beyond her delightful personality, is her ability to make fitness accessible and enjoyable. She has helped me embrace a lifestyle change rather than viewing fitness as a temporary fix or a chore. By integrating my fitness goals into my daily life, I find the process far more manageable and fulfilling. This investment in myself has been the best decision I've made, and I know it will have lasting benefits for years to come.

After just one session here I immediately felt improvement. The drastic change in comfort with my bjj rolling sessions was crazy. With a few more sessions he helped me with some other minor issues I was having with my hips/knees and posture, and every session I left feeling excited about my progress. Well worth it! Incredible how much potential for bodily improvement there is in the details. Thanks Ryan!!

I signed up for a sports massage with Niels Pedersen, and after one lat-torturing (in the best way) session, I noticed that I had gained several inches on my strict toes-to-bar, another lat-heavy movement that I had been trying and failing to unlock for the last two years (but was not on my radar in relation to the massage therapy). I signed up for a second session with Niels, and the week after, to my astonishment (and to that of my cheering gym peers who witnessed my prior struggles), I suddenly can do strict toes-to-bar! Huge thank you to Niels and the magic/slight torture he bestowed.
