Don't do it! They'll suck you into a contract that you can't get out of unless you pay an early termination fee. Now I'm stuck paying for a gym I hate. The gym is small and the parking lot is on a hill...great when it's slippery. The 24 hour gym isn't worth it to me. read more

Manager was rude, made me feel stupid for asking why the club fees are $20 biweekly rather than $40 monthly (Which is already a little expensive for this size location tbh). Don't get a membership here expecting to bring guests. They give you 5 guest cards when you sign up (you need to fill one out for every time you bring a guest), and you've got to talk to the manager during staffed hours if you want to get more of these cards. Which was inconvenient for me, as I went to the gym early in the morning, when rarely there were staff present. If you happen to bring a guest and forget to fill out one of these cards, they'll charge $20 to your account without any warning. No refunds either. If you are a college student, I highly recommend sticking to the campus gym. Honestly, during peak hours I'd say Anytime is comparably crowded to the campus gym. And the selection of equipment isn't as large here either. $620 for my first year here, not impressed! read more

Who wouldn't like a place with two story's of awesome workout equipment? This place has a very new and modern feel to it. When you sign up for a membership, you are actually free to use any of the anytime fitness gyms. They also give you a free T-Shirt. You will get a tour. You will also get the opportunity to make 2 free appointments with a personal trainer. They show you how to correctly use the workout equipment. They also put together a free 30 day workout plan for you so that you can make the most out of your gym membership. They will give you some guest passes too so that you can bring a friend along and show them what an awesome place you have found to work out at. All of their gyms are open 24 hours per day and you can use them any time you want. The upstairs is loaded with a mix of cardio equipment and different weights so that you can work out. Down stairs is where they hold a whole bunch of other good stuff. They have different classes like zumba where you can burn about 1000 calories in about an hour. You can also find full showers and tanning beds there. Yesterday I tried the rower machine for the first time and today i'm feeling the burn. I highly recommend this machine. If you forget anything like earphones or tanning goggles, they actually do have them for sale at the front of the gym so you won't have to go all the way home and grab them. I've been going to this Anytime for about two years now and it quickly turned into my favorite place. It has the perfect variety of equipment and they utilize the space they have exceptionally well, as compared to the several other Anytime facilities I've been to. While the actual facility is great, it would be nothing without the amazing staff. Lori, the manager, is an absolute angel and a great encourager. Caleb, well... I'm not quite sure what his title is, but don't let him fool you, he works exceptionally hard and the place would not function half as well if it weren't for him. The training staff is phenomenal, to say the very least. Scott, specifically, is by far my favorite part of Anytime. My previous trainer went to pursue other opportunities and had to leave Anytime, which left me feeling extremely uncertain about the future of my fitness journey. Not long after, I started working out with Scott and he was able to calm my concerns with great ease; he's incredibly patient. Our workouts are intense and we use every possible minute, which is exactly what I want. Together we figured out what my goals should be and I recently reached one of them, 2 months ahead of our schedule. Training with Scott is more often than not the highlight of my week and he's quickly turned into one of my favorite people! All of this said, any gym is what YOU make it, so please don't let a great gym like this one turn into one of those where you pay your monthly fee but choose to never actually go. read more

Not a bad place or set up but the place is always constantly busy so it's hard to use equipment. Not their fault but if you're limited on time and need to do your routine it's hard to do it here without having to wait for equipment to become available which usually isn't a problem but here it seems more often then not. They do have a lot of equipment here though. Place is clean and well maintained for sure. read more

A great spot to get your lift on. All patrons there are motivated and the competition level is fairly high with challenges, bodybuilding shows etc. The staff is knowledgeable for any level of fitness, highly recommended. read more

Anytime Fitness is a great gym but I cannot recommend this location. I have worked out at the Cloquet and Superior Wi Locations and they are great but I am not a fan of the management staff at this particular branch. She was rude to me while I was on the phone asking questions about my contract. I have moved away and am further away then 15 miles from anytime fitness. Make sure you ask all the questions when signing up at this location because they are all different and this location was a little deceiving. I recommend the other location just not this one. read more

I just joined Anytime, but have already fallen in love with my club. Fellow members are friendly and everyone is good at putting away their weights and equipment. It is always clean and very spacious with many different workout options. My club also offers a ton of classes that I haven't had the opportunity to participate in quite yet, but can not wait until the next one to try it! read more

Just okay...I was hoping for something a little more open and with a modern vibe. The equipment is relatively new, but some could be updated. With just a few people lifting weights, it starts to feel crowded quickly. However, a major pro is that it's open 24/7. read more

I joined anytime fitness last February and i have found the management staff to be quite intolerable. I moved to Hawaii and and they would not let me get out of my contract. Laurie the manager of the location would hang up on me and not answer my calls. She was not very nice. I had great luck with the Superior Wisconsin location. They were very kind and easy to work with. I would recommend anytime fitness but not this location. read more

If i could leave this one star I would.. Laurie is so awful about 2 months ago she was snotty to me when I came in and now that some one else has left a review I feel better. I would never recommend this loccation to anyone its dirty and horrible staff. Mostly management. I cant totallly hate on the rest of the staff they are alright. read more
