Much fun can be had here. Why not 5-stars? Just plain old cleanliness. I'm sure with the type of activities, the size of the space, the clientele, etc., it can be hard to keep up. But the garbages were so full I couldn't throw things away and I felt like dust was clinging to us after we left. Just be ready with hand wipes or to take a good shower after you get home from this spot. Located in canal park, it can be great to visit if you're a visitor staying on the canal otherwise finding parking can be tough. Just FYI!

After finally agreeing to turn it on and let us pay for this service, I forgot my 3 year old had just had a birthday (which means he can do the big slide) and because I said 2 first, even though I tried to correct them before they put his wristband on, they refused to let him do the slide. Food was not available at the start of dinner time and every staff member I saw (6 of them) were hanging out on their phones while working. The bounce house also has a massive whole in the whale that they clearly tried to hide with duct tape but it's just flapping around

Coming in with the wife and kids is not so bad, but you have to use your phone to do their waiver document, plus enter in all your information, name address, phone number......it's a bit much to jump onto a trampoline. But you can understand from their side they don't want to be paying anyone's hospital bill for a bad fall. Today we were here to celebrate our daughter, Madison's birthday. We were all enjoying our time bouncing away. This place will provide you gripped socks so you can grip the trampolines better. The gentleman who was checking us in also was advertising a monthly membership which was cheaper then the day pass so we went with that option since we have to come to Duluth at least eight times a month anyway. What was really great as we were heading to the trampoline area we noticed that the people who worked here were consistently cleaning all the handrails and other areas keeping everything sanitized. I was really impressed by this. They provide cubbies to put your jackets and shoes in. They aren't locked so if you come here, leave your valuables in the car. There was also a big area that looks like you can reserve for a party. We havnt made use of that but looks like it would be great for the future. During the time we were playing with kids they made an announcement wishing my daughter a "happy 9th birthday" which was so cool! They have a dodgeball area and a rock climbing wall, both of which my kiddos and I took advantage of. It's just such a super place for the kids to go after school or during the summer. We look forward to coming back to enjoy this. Thanks to the staff for recommending the monthly expense because our kids will love coming here again! He was patient, informative, and took the time to answer all my questions, which gave me a lot of confidence before we even got there. When we arrived, the three ladies at the sign-in shack were just as friendly and helpful. What stood out most to me was how focused they were on making sure everyone understood the process--not just for fun, but also from a safety standpoint. I really appreciated the way the staff in kayaks guided us, giving us clear heads-ups and reminders throughout the trip. That kind of attention helped a ton. The experience itself was absolutely exhilarating--riding through the rapids with friends was so wonderful. Our guides, Margo and Thea, were incredible. They were both friendly and supportive the whole time. At one point, during the last rapid, my friend lost his balance and fell into me, and almost knocking me out of the raft. Thankfully, Margo and my wife reacted quickly and grabbed me before I went overboard. Special thanks to Margo for that! Honestly, the whole trip was so much fun I was ready to go again immediately, but we had to check in our hotel and grab dinner. I just wanted to say thank you to the entire team, especially Margo and Thea, for making our first rafting adventure such a great one. We'll definitely be back soon.

Only four stars for two reasons. If you've never been rafting before, you will love this! If you have done some rafting in other states, this river will feel tame. Swiftwater adds in some time at a nice little beach where you can ride over a small rapid and hike up and the guides will show you berries! This makes up for the less exciting rapids. Also, and I'm sure this rarely happens, but the camera malfunctioned the day we were there and we didnt get pictures of our group. Bummer.
