I would give the gym 5 stars if not for a few inconveniences: 1. The women's sauna (in bathroom) is "out of order" nearly everytime I have went to use it. 2. The infrared pod has been out of order multiple times, so still haven't used that yet 3. The cryogenic machine has been down a few times but it looks to be better now that it isn't being used as much as it was grand opening week. I hope I get to use that soon. The facility has already said they will be adding sign up slots for the cryogenic machine, as well as roping off the recovery machines since it is an additional fee to the base membership. Lastly, the bathrooms should have paper towels, not just hand dryers. Sometimes I like to wipe my face or my armpits after a workout and prefer to not do it with toilet paper. My husband said someone even brought a roll of paper towels into the men's bathroom, which was then overflowing out of the trash cans because the trash wasn't taken out. I am not sure if the facility has shower towels. They aren't in the bathroom but may be available at the front desk.

The process is deliberately convoluted, designed to frustrate and discourage customers from following through. I went in person to cancel me and my wife. They act like total savages and very dishonest with their customer service. Especially Jason and Andrew, who ever hired these unprofessional douchebags as managers needs to be fired and I hope everyone notices that this gym is a bunch of scams and has shady business. I will NEVER Support UFC ever again. Despite my efforts, they continue to charge me not only the regular membership fee but also unexplained additional charges. This isn't just poor service, it's a clear pattern of evasiveness and dishonesty. Their refusal to provide straightforward cancellation options and their continued billing without consent reflect a serious lack of integrity. If you value transparency and respect as a customer, do yourself a favor and take your business elsewhere.

Rather, uncoordinated. Clumsy...) It's the best all around workout my body has ever had and that I've been consistent with! It makes me feel better, physically as well and general emotional/stress relief. No judgement zone-all shapes -sizes -ages -ethnicities -gender -abilities-politics.... all are welcome. But really, they are. A good place for a laugh, a hello, to challenge yourself, or just get out of your head for an hour. A place to breathe. My day is always better w a class here! It's just fun.

They have three coaches, Lindsey, Alex, and Scott who are extremely knowledgeable, go through each exercise with the group, walk around and provide tips, guidance and instruction to the members to make sure that they are doing the exercise properly as to not to injure yourself and to get the most benefit out of it. Their workout programs are thoroughly thought through for each week, and provided on their website. They apparently moved in to a new facility, and it is top notch! Plenty of room, nice and clean equipment. They also have classes for kids too, so you can bring your kids with you and everyone gets their sweat on! They acknowledge any new members or walk-ins (like me) at the beginning of the workout, everyone is so nice and welcoming. The coaches make it a point to carefully watch all the new comers and help where needed. I know that I've made huge progress on my T2B's because of Scott and Lindsey. I've also learned new mobility movements, movements to help stretching, injury rehab, etc... I will take everything that I've learned at Crossfit Hendersonville with me back to DC, as well as the friendships that I've made while visiting. I can't thank the coaches and members enough for pushing me, and providing me a great workout experience! I found a new gym while I visit, and I can't wait to come back!

I know some people feel the classes are repetitive, but it works perfectly for me since this isn't the only gym I go to. I originally joined for the heated HIIT cardio, especially the cycling classes, but I have to admit I completely fell in love with hot yoga and hot stretch. I do those at least twice a week now. The infrared rooms have helped me so much with muscle recovery, better sleep, back pain relief, and overall just feeling better. The staff is super friendly, I love the whole HOTWORX concept, and the app makes it so easy to schedule classes and track everything. I'm very happy with my membership and honestly love having this in the neighborhood.

Wow! This YMCA has gone through puberty and adulthood in front of my eyes. From having a double…read morewide trailer to full expansion of the fitness studio. They have a indoor pool (open all year) and out door pool area (closed during winter). They have a sauna and steam room, locker rooms and family locker rooms. They could do some updates in that area but they are decent. They offer childcare from 6 weeks to 12 yrs old. You get 2 hours each day (total, not per child). It has really help my family (me) get to the gym without excuses. They have a big studio with machines and free weights. They have different classes during the day if you rather have a group class. They also offer personal trainers to help you with your fitness journey. They offer coffee and tea and have water fountains. They have a big parking lot and they have outdoor fields if you like to exercise outside. It's a great club for the whole family!

She pushes me every in session. Taking Pilates on an actual reform machine is so cool. The best way I explained it to my friends that have never taken it is that its like ballet weight lifting in a way. I come twice a week and do Planet Fitness alternating days. I am so impressed with how my muscles feel different than they do when lifting weights. I feel longer and leaner and the movements are just so different. I am loving the differences this makes my body feel. I especially love Jump classes on Friday, what a cardio workout and NO impact on the knees!

I'm menopausal and was worried about muscle loss, weight gain and fatigue. So I started this journey with rise. The folks really care about you. The trainers set your 6 week program so there's no question about what you should be doing. They guide, encourage and help you along the way. I work out 3 days a week and feel stronger than I've been in a long time. I did have aches and pains but the trainers show you stretching and other things to ease those. I feel so good and proud that I stuck it out. Thanks to Rise and the great trainers!!
