I had never really incorporated diet and weight training into my regime, and I knew that should be my next step, but weight rooms are so heavily male and intimidating. Hope taught me that they are totally manageable. Her sessions are only thirty minutes long, but that's really all you need for each of your splits. She's great about teaching you proper form, and how to use mind-muscle connection so you engage the right muscles when you lift. Her workouts are KILLER in all the best ways. She also teaches you how to count your grams of food so you get results. I actually started eating way more and losing fat and gaining muscle in the right places a few weeks into training with her. Hope's so sweet, helpful, professional, and down-to-earth, I would 100% recommend her to anybody looking to get a nice booty. I'll definitely go back to her as soon as I plateau on my own. I decided to try personal training and luckily I stumbled across George. I have know friends who had bad personal trainers and spent tons of money with them and never got any results. I have lost about 50 lbs of pure fat, gotten stronger, more flexible, and my lower back pain has completely disappeared. George has me doing lots of stuff that is making my back and core stronger and it is definitely noticeable. Not only have I not had even the slightest back pain in over a year now, but I have found that I can pick up and move big boxes in the garage with ease by myself that I seriously couldn't have even budged before. Trying to move those boxes before I started training with George would have left me yelping in pain and disabled for 2-3 days with serious back pain. Overall I couldn't be happier with my results and would highly recommend George as a personal trainer who knows what he is doing to anyone who really wants results.
