I have been to other gyms where someone will sweat up a machine and walk away and never look back. Nothing is worse than starting out on a sweat soaked machine. I am not a real social person but the staff makes you feel at ease and comfortable for a very positive experience each time. The people that I know that go to the workout classes feel part of the group and the instructors and fellow exercisers are always very supportive. All different age groups exercise here. I exercise here about 3 times a week and have never waited for machines or felt crowded.

In fact, from what I have seen, everything this Ru A guy below is saying is 100% B.S. The Ranges are top notch, the facilities are modern and very-well maintained, and all the 'staff' are extremely helpful and full of tips to help you improve, and patient with new shooters. The only 'staff' that work there with shooters are the folks that run the events held on the East side ranges. Practical Rifle, 2-Gun (pistol and rifle) 3-Gun (pistol, rifle and shogun), USPSA, IDPA, are some of the disciplines practiced there. There are no staff working on the west side directing shooters in any way. At your New Member Orientation, you are taught how to use the ranges and conduct yourselves. You have no one hanging over your shoulder when you go there to shoot. There are range safety officers that make their rounds, and thats it. So Ru A here is either talking about another range, or he is blatantly lying, probably because he got corrected for doing something unsafe and stupid. And the club has nothing to do with Eventbrite, so that is another lie Ru A told. This is the nicest, best-run gun range in the whole state. Their shotgun ranges are truly Olympic-Grade ranges, with modern machinery and electronics. The West side ranges go from 30' to 20p yards, and the 600 yard range is available to anyone that qualities to shoot on it (not hard). Go to an Event and see for yourself. The best part of the club are the people. They are absolutely FANTASTIC! It is well-worth the membership fee if you enjoy shooting. And as a member, you can join their training program to teach you a little more advanced self-defense techniques with your firearms. That alone was worth the membership to me.

Tried to make reservations online but because I'm within 72 hours I must do walk in 1st come 1st…read moreserve. I showed up to camp and found out the park has different rules than idnr or the reservation website and do not allow walk in for prime sites. All sites not registered online must sit empty. So my family was turned away, the site along with many other prime sites are going to sit empty all weekend. I even offered to pay double and I spoke to the deputy director of the park. Sad to see the park turning away money over a 72 hour online only policy
