I have allegedly been on a 'wait list' for this entire time frame as well with no training/trainer available at all M-F 6pm or later, nor any time frame at all on a Saturday-nothing available at all for a year...No one ever reaches out to me to check in, maintain contact nor any of the above mentioned anythings ever offered. Every few months when I would reach out, just a No, we do not have anything to offer you. Keep repeating the same thing, 'I guess it's not a bad problem to have', attempting to slap themself on the back - for advertising personal training, but not being able to have any time for a potential new client in a year's time. Not your typical gym Bros and a place where everyone feels accepted. They're good at what they do so they are popular and I think you have to understand that going in, with regard to scheduling. I was able to schedule 2 to 3 sessions a week with about a week's notice. I just hit my 1-year with XS and renewed for another full year.

Since I haven't been exercising in a few months, I decided to visit this location. The gym is clean, and I was able to do what I needed to do with exercising. It's plenty of treadmills, other machines, and weights, so you won't ever have to wait to workout. I will definitely be back soon.

With being closed F/Sat/Sun, Night. Membership $ has gone up not By $5 but $10 so basic is $15 and black card is $30; this allows you access to the massage and tanning as well as the ability to bring a guest every visit. I hope this helps....... Don't forget anything; i forgot my phone at home & i thought i left it on the treadmill; i came back and the cameras don't work so there is no way to replay anything. This cost me Two hours of my night with no clue as a simple replay would have shed light on the matter as it was right on the treadmill that me snd a friend were using for over 40min. Id feel much better with cameras that work.

I sent an inquiry through their website regarding weekly passes and got a call and email right away from a very friendly Alysia. She advised for me to come in, and I *thought* I knew where I was going. I recall coming here a few years ago and it was located near Stevenson Road. I made the mistake of driving to their old location as Google maps still had their old address whoops. So I tried to find them using Google Maps again and wound up at the wrong location. I called the gym and Alysia was so kind and directed me to the right place. Finally finding the new location, I walk in and was completely amazed at the size of the gym and the cleanliness. Purple and gray shiny new everything, oooohhhh!!!! Sold! Sanitizing spray and little neon cloths for wiping down the machines. I loved it. Alysia was very professional and sold me a pass (just visiting) and gave me a tour of the facility. I went in every day to find the place still very tidy and clean, and members were very respectful of the equipment and each other. One of the days I also got to meet the owner Tana who was so friendly, I really enjoyed chatting with her and finding out about the gym's journey the last few months. I can really respect a place that is proud to make their facility that clean and safe, and have some basic ground rules to keep it that way. They had a couple of really nice stair master steppers. The cable machines are also my fav. I also enjoyed the shoulder and chest machines in the center of the weights area. It is an enjoyable place to workout and it made me feel good to help out this small business.

Total warehouse style gym, no cardio machines, mirrors or weight machines…read more Olympic lifts, kettlebells, tires, sleds, ropes, rings, bands, you can pretty much do anything you can think of and get a great workout. Great culture, very team oriented. The owners actually workout there and are more than willing to help put together a program for you. I have been theresince they opened and have learned much about myself and where I want to be with my fitness level, members regulary participate in tough mudders, Go Ruck challenge, marathons and triathelons.
