The workouts are really fun, but so hard. You choose to start out on a rower, treadmill, or floor. The floor activities are reps of various strength training activities. The staff is very friendly and explains the system very well. The class is very fast paced, and I struggled to keep up. I dont think OTF is really made for overweight people, like me, trying to get healthy. It's more for people who are already healthy and want to challenge themselves.

That means there's parking. And it's even free. - The people that work here are awesome. They are friendly and knowledgeable. - The pricing structure is spectacular. You pay $68/month. This gives you access to the gym from 6a-9p every day (yes, every day). You can cancel at any time (YESSS!!! I love them for this. I hate those gym contracts. So so much. I always feel like I'm getting scammed or talked into stuff I don't want or need too. Not here!!!) - The equipment is the shit. They have everything in there that I could want. I did enjoy doing crossfit when I did it... it was fun. But it was just too hard on my body. Regular gyms don't contain much of the crossfit stuffs (slam balls, wall balls, rubber bands, free bars with the big weights, hex bars, kettle bells, and more). This place fixes that by providing all this cool stuff, w/o the cost or crossfit workout. LOVE. They also have the rowing machines that I like to use and I'm excited to spend a little time getting into shape using them. :) - The "Lunch Hour Energizer" class put on by Jeff is perfect. Thirty minutes long, great variety, personal attention. I generally am not a class person, but this is more like group personal training. It's awesome, and I highly suggest you give it a try. What needs just a little TLC: - The website is hard to follow. It's hard to know the hours, what's actually included in the prices, and what the class schedule is. Their website doesn't need to have so much instagram on it, as it distracts from what they have to offer and what I'm there to do - see what the place is about. They should also have a link to their fb page on their main site. I had to go to fb and manually type it in. Okay, okay... first world problems. :) In a nutshell, this is my new favorite gym. I've been a member of a LOT of gyms. Have lived all over the world and visited gyms in other countries. So the fact that it's my favorite is saying a lot. Of course, personal preference on what you're looking for in a gym will alter your wants/needs. If you want a sauna and hot tub... well then, this isn't it. But if you want a solid workout that's fun with all the equipment you could need, here you go!

I moved to the area about a year ago and took up a membership at this gym. Initially I thought it…read morewas overpriced but it had everything I generally needed for a legitimate workout. Since then I have voluntarily left for various reasons, though I tried to 'suck it up' since it was conveniently close to my home. My biggest complaints with this gym are: 1) frequently broken equipment or equipment needing servicing, followed by long waits until they're fixed. 2) poor condition of locker rooms and showers; the plumbing in the facility is not good, constantly resulting in toilets being out of service. The showers are covered in rust, calcium, lime, and other unknowns. The locker room as a whole, unless just cleaned, always smells terrible. 3) management doesn't seem to care about issues that are brought up out of safety or suggestion. Over a three month span I had brought up equipment needing to be secured to the floor or walls to prevent injury or death but nothing was ever done to fix it. Squat racks are flimsy and cables machines have frayed cables, I've cut my hand on them twice. Spray bottles with diluted solution can be seen throughout the facility but theres no paper towel anywhere, instead a microfiber towel is provided which by itself is soaked with sweat, dirt, bacteria, etc. 4) organization: the dumbbell area is always cluttered, and to add to that people frequently bring platforms, exercise balls, Mats, and other gear into the area and throw them in the corner in front of weights, making it dangerous to transport dumbbells to and from the rack as well as accessing them in general. Using bars or other seats get congested around other people even during low traffic areas. Again, management was directly talked to about this multiple times and nothing was ever done about it. If you are in a pinch and need a gym and don't care at all about the condition of the gym, I'd say go here. If you want a gym worth 400 dollars a year with amenities and management that cares about your opinions and the safety of your workout, find another gym. I was hoping my frequent making of comments to management would have some effect towards fixing things in the gym before it got to this point, but unfortunately I have left and found a different gym much further from home. Acquiring a gym membership means more than just paying an annual or monthly fee for access to the equipment, It also means you're contributing towards the survival and upkeep of the gym in a symbiotic manner. Before you get a membership at this gym, look at everything, look at all of the equipment and the locker room and talk with management, feel the place out.

I have to say I was skeptical because its only 30 min and I'm used to working out for 1.5 hours which was difficult to fit into my schedule on a regular basis so it often got sidelined. Boy was I wrong 6 weeks later and I'm feeling better then I have in years and seeing faster results then I was in the gym! This is truly a judgment free-zone everyone is so nice and the trainers are always willing answer any questions and there to help you as well as push you when you need it. I bought a 13 month membership and I can't wait to see how I'm looking and feeling by then! If your on the fence just do it, your worth it!

We paid for her to attend a class three times a week for one month. In addition to the class fee, the gym charged a separate membership fee. She was also not offered the one-week free membership that is described on the gym's website. Unfortunately, after attending only three classes, my father-in-law suffered a massive stroke. What followed was an extremely difficult period for our family, including hospitalization and stroke treatment, a skilled nursing facility stay, assisted living in Michigan, selling his home, and ultimately moving both of my in-laws to an assisted living facility out of state. Under those circumstances, my wife simply could not continue attending the classes, despite wanting to. When she contacted the gym to explain the situation and ask about a refund for the unused classes and membership, she was told that there are no refunds. We understand that the stroke was not the gym's responsibility, but we were disappointed by the lack of flexibility or consideration given the circumstances. We were told that the unused classes could instead be given to someone else, but that wasn't a practical solution for us. I previously posted a review describing our experience. After seeing it, the owner, Jason, contacted me and was understandably unhappy with the review. He asked me to remove it and said he would send a refund to make things right. I agreed to take the review down based on that representation, but the refund was never received.
