I'm in complete disbelief with this gym. Honestly really disappointed. I really wanted to check out their gym memberships as they are open 24/7. Patrick the owner ? Reaches out. Tells me he won't be there on Saturday but the manager will. Ok. Get there after working an overnight ....for 9am. Trainer let's me in, tells me the manager isn't there. Wait 15 min see if he comes. 9:30am. Reached out to the owner and he never even bothered almost 1 week after to even apologize for the inconvenience. What a joke !!!!! read more

Started out really great, joined a group training challenge sessions with a gym membership. There was a few issues here and there- AC not working, trainers not showing up for training sessions. Overall, and good experience in the beginning. The small group trainings were extra and not a contracted service- I paused the group trainings due to illness in the family. Although I discussed with the manager the pause on group training sessions and charges as I was taking a LOA to care for sick family, they continued to charge me monthly. I brought it to the manages attention, month after month, with the response of "oh- so sorry, we will reimburse you." Well, needless to say I was never reimbursed, over $500 in charges. I went back and forth with them for several more months with the informed plan to refund me, and it never happened. Eventually they stopped returning my calls/texts. I ended up cancelling my membership. I filed a complaint with the BBB, and no response from them. I sent them letter in the mail requesting refund, and they opened it, put it in a new envelope and sent it back to me. read more

I went in to see about a membership (I belonged to one before) The young man (and I mean really young) was busy but said he would have "no problem" seeing me during my lunch break the next day between 1 and 2 I arrived at about 1:15. Door was unlocked but no manager in sight. I had to call in the phone to get someone's attention. The same kid from the day before came over and informed me that he was "in a session" and could not take me until 1:50. #1: you have to schedule sessions so he knew full well he would be busy - why tell me "no problem" knowing full well there was a problem? #2: he made NO attempt to reschedule with me. Just said sorry and let me walk out the door. #3: door was unlocked- he was nowhere in sight of the door - anyone could have walked in and robbed the place - not very safe at all. I called corporate and they said it's usually a very well run place I just think nobody bothers to complain. read more

Someone fraudulently used my information to start an account at this gym. I called and explained this and since have been receiving emails asking me to update my payment information. I live out of state and can't get through to the gym for the life of me. I have called at least 20 times and have left several voicemails, along with emails that have gone unanswered. I was worried I may need to get the police involved since the person who opened the account started a credit card in my name, but it has been impossible to get an answer from anyone at this gym to get more information. Totally unprofessional. I would absolutely not trust them to take your information out of their system when needed. I've done everything possible to get in touch with them over the past few weeks short of going in person, which is not even possible since I live out of state. read more

Overall happy with this gym. Nice and bright inside. Bathroom is okay. Enough machines without feeling so close to each other. I only go here after shopping at the outlet... yes, I'm not crazy girl who does hours of shopping at the outlet to go the gym then home. Why not? Never too crowded and all cardio machines have tv attached so you can watch what you want to watch.

Watch out for there cancelation policys if your going to join a gym I would refrain from signing up here google anytime fitness and scam and just see what comes up it will give you all the information you need, also contacted the Massachusetts consumer protection about these guys, they will probobly be shut down soon from what I understand read more

Sounds like a great deal right?! Good luck if you have an issue with the agreement - which by the way - they changed mid stream without my consent. How about the owner not returning messages and the manager unable to satisfy a member. There are too many other choices out there - make the right one and go elsewhere. I've been here for over a year and absolutely fell in love with the concept of Anytime, access 24/7. Anytime in Plainville is outstandingly exceptional. Not only is the energy high, up beat & contagious, there is always someone around to help you & help you get started with your fitness journey. The staff acknowledges you & makes it a point to say hey, how is YOUR day going, every day! All the staff works hard at reaching out and tries to get to know each individual. Another bonus, aside from just the friendliness, atmosphere, is how amazingly clean it is. You can tell as soon as you walk in to the club, its always smelling fresh and clean. It most definitely proves the cliché of a smelly gym wrong. Not only is the club clean but you can tell right off the bat that because the atmosphere is passionate that it translates that energy to its members. The members are enthusiastic and you can tell they take pride in where they choose to workout because they take care of the gym. Most re- rack their weights, know how to work in, they help one another out, spot each other, & they CLEAN the equipment they use. You'll never find another club like this. High standard, High quality, awesome value. And there bootcamps they host are excellent. read more
