Cleanliness, good ambiance, clientele that leave u be but not in a snobby way. Machines that are current and never overcrowded. I generally go in early mornings but even the times at 7am aren't too bad. There is a tanning booth and play (room). Classes for yoga and such The convenience of being near my home makes this place hands down my new favorite.

Located next to the South Beach tanning company.

This was another great location. It's definitely a larger-sized one with plenty of equipment and a nice sized room for classes. I'm not sure how old this location is but everything still looks almost brand new. The equipment here is the Precor brand. I counted around eight treadmills. For cardio they also have a stair climber machine, which isn't common at Anytime Fitness locations. The dumbbells and fixed weight barbells go up to 110 pounds instead of the standard 100 pounds. There's a smith machine and a power rack in the free weight area. The large room for group classes had multiple cycles for spinning classes. These Riverview Anytime Fitness locations are the only ones I've seen that have that option available for people. Pretty cool considering that many Anytime Fitness locations don't have a separate room like this in the first place! Little things this location has that I wish every one would have: vending machines that take credit cards and a way to recycle your water bottle. It's located two miles from I-75 so it's another convenient option for me when I'm passing by here.

Those with membership all seem nice, I've gotten to make a lot of new friends there. They offer daycare, even a parents night out on either a friday or saturday out the month. I still only frequent the group classes. I highly recommended OJ for Zumba on Tuesday(outside, which is kind of crazy for summertime in FL) and Thursday(inside) afternoon - she's super high energy and does a more modern zumba with great latin songs and a few hiphop/r&b. UJam is amazing if you love hip hop, pop, and r&b from all around the world. Heather is amazing and gives modifications for those with injuries such a knee issues. She's your hype girl. Rachel is great for Yoga. She doesn't just appropriate the practice, she explains and goes into detail and you'll actually learn a lot. She also does breathwork the last part of the class with meditation after. Bobbi is also great for yoga and pilates. You can check in on the app, or somehow I've gotten my membership pass in my Apple Wallet which is also convenient.

An honest review of F45 Riverview location. Mediocre workouts. I attended F45 for about a year…read more During that time I was very consistent with attending classes as well as adjusting my diet. I didn't see a significant difference in weight loss or increased muscle. Now it really depends on what your personal goals are and what you were seeking to get out of your experience. If you were seeking significant weight loss (10+ lbs) and toning results, this isn't the place for you! But If you were just looking for something to increase your heart rate and get you moving, then this would suffice. The other big negative is they constantly change classes due to their inability to find good help. They decreased the number of class times they were offering multiple times throughout the year I was there. And they constantly have new staff filtering in and out. Because they are so in need of help, they accept whatever they can get, which means, decreased quality! A lot of the staff is younger, and not as knowledgeable in certain areas. Which means not as much coaching and direction on proper form to avoid injury and maximize results. They even had a public altercation with a former employee on social media! I did very much enjoy the team atmosphere, and having the ability to work out with others to keep you motivated and going through your workout. I met a lot of great people there. If the workouts were slightly longer, and offered more cardio, in addition to the strength training, I think it would offer someone the results they are seeking. I have lost 12lbs in the past 3 weeks just by going to a regular gym, doing 30mins of cardio and adding in strength training. All further a fraction of the cost! But the icing on the cake for me was after being a loyal customer, my husband and I sold our home. As soon as I was made aware that we would be closing, I went in to talk to one of the representatives. They pulled up my account provided me with the paperwork and let me know that I had just made a payment three days prior to signing the cancellation. They said they typically require 30 days but since I was so close, maybe they would be willing to give me a break. I was approached by Linda in the gym, who said. " I have a bone to pick with you." I advised her we we sold our home and weren't just trying to cancel. She mentioned that there were other clubs on the side of town that I was moving to but their fees were slightly higher. I was already paying $200/mo. Why would I want to continue paying that or more for classes that didn't even give me the results I wanted. She (Linda) reached out to me via text a few days later where I let her know I didn't have any interest in moving to a different club, considering we were building a new home and would be relocating all over again. Not to mention saving $200 a month for seven months would help go towards the purchase of our new home. Despite asking for them to make an "exception", I was still drafted an additional $200 on February 21. Mind you I had a conversation with her on February 1 requesting the exception. Again, no grace or willingness to work with me. The only offer she provided was to move that monthly payment that had NOT yet been deducted out of my account yet, since that "last" payment wasn't due for another 20 days. I followed up with her after the deduction came out of my account and let her know that was disappointing that they weren't able to work with me. Her reply was "We offered to move that to a different location so you could keep working out. But you're upset because you don't think we had pure intentions." Completely ignoring the fact I requested to not be charged at all! Now, does that sound like someone who is all about Customer Service and satisfaction? My hands were tied with the move and we were given short notice to vacate. I was hoping they would find it in their heart to not charge me since I only missed the deadline by a few days but they did anyways. Additionally, I have legal documentation to prove I let them know as soon as we were made aware of our closing date.

After the 2nd month, I called & asked why. I was told that the $9.99 price was only for the 12 month contract but when I signed up on 3/23/26 over the phone, I wasn't told that. On May 22, 2026, I was charged $64.49 twice . When I called, they said it was for the yearly fee, I wasn't told that there will be a yearly fee charged after 60 days. When I signed up, the annual fee was only $10 because it was prorated. They waived the enrollment fee. Im glad I took a screenshot of it. Also, on the 22 May 2026, I went to the website and requested to cancel my membership. No one has gotten back to me or tried to reach out regarding my cancellation request. I called on 5/26/2026 and inquired and they said that I can't cancel within 90 days of the membership, Again, that wasn't informed to me over the phone when I signed up. Ive also looked online and see if others had been scammed by Crunch fitness and there have been numerous folks complaint that same thing happened. Apparently, this has been an ongoing thing with Crunch. They have a Poor Business Model. Some people have been trying to cancel their membership and because they force members to sign up using ACH from their bank account, some people have to either call their bank, close their account or put a stop payment. Luckily for me, this is just another bank account I use for bills or things like this where the vendor will keep taking their money no matter how many times you cancel. Needles to say, Im closing this bank account. But consumers do not need to go through this hassle just to cancel a sub par membership on Crunch Fitness. Place is always packed and stations are always hogged by on for two individuals. I dont mind asking people if I can work out with them on one machine but for others, they will have to wait. A lot of staff there but they all look like they just sit there or stand doing nothing. I also witnessed one individual take something out of the fridge and the staff member just kinda give em the nudge as if it was free, There have been some inconsistencies on the check in method as well. I wish I had read the reviews first before signing up but there are no other places here in Riverview so some folks do not have a choice.

One of the biggest highlights for me has been working with my trainer, Perry. He's knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in his clients' progress. He really knows how to push you and challenge your limits in a way that still feels safe and purposeful. Honestly, there's never been a single session I've walked out of feeling like I didn't get my money's worth, learn something new, or build more confidence in my fitness goals.  Because of that, it's disappointing to hear that management may place limitations on what trainers can do. From a member's perspective, it feels like there's untapped potential. Trainers like him could be even more effective with more flexibility and support. Investing in and trusting good trainers makes a direct difference in the experience you're paying for. There's a lot of potential here - it just needs to be fully backed from the top down.
