They have 1 reformer and offer private instruction as well as yoga classes like chair and sculpt. Today's instructor was knowledgeable and focused us on good form and positive cues. I recommend this place for locals that are looking for a circuit training or some variety in their workouts. I'm searching for group reformer classes which is not offered currently. Instructor was all about individual goals and listening to your own body while encouraging you to push your limits. Had never done a CrossFit class before and can tell I'd get a ton out of this if I stuck with it. Will likely be going back for there intro series to acclimate myself to movements and equipment.
