I attend classes five days a week before I start my day. I have lost three pounds and noticed that I am toning up after two weeks. It is nice that instructors demonstrate different variations of exercises depending on individual's skill or strength level. This place is affordable for the classes that are provided and in my opinion the owner could be charging more like other places in the area that do not offer the same quality of services. Also, classes are not crowded and you get proper instruction regarding how to do different exercises! I cannot say enough about this place. If you're a first timer they celebrate you being there by saying welcome on a little sign at the front desk, and your name on a sign where the locker area is. There is a small retail area with clothing, socks, drinks, and other accessories for class. There's a bathroom with shower and feminine products. The instructor I have done classes with has been really nice also. The studio room is huge there's space for 20 people at least. It's a very nice and welcoming atmosphere which is what I always try to look for with fitness places.
