I dropped in for a 4p Friday afternoon WOD and had a great time. The coach (Tracy) and fellow CrossFitters alike were encouraging and engaging. I emailed ahead of time for the drop-in policy and got a quick and enthusiastic response with detailed directions to the gym. Without the instructions, I may have questioned if I had come to the right place. It's in the back of an industrial park, and with weather and traffic at my time of arrival was a little hard to see from Main St. I'd recommend this gym to anyone in town for a visit or anyone locally looking for a cool place to train! Great job CrossFit Tupelo, I'll be back.

No one appeared to offer a guest pass to their gym at a reasonable price. I call Snap gym expecting the same great deal like in Meridian. WRONG. He wanted to charge for the pass key and $5 a day for each visit. $70 is a lot for 6 days. No, not doing it. I missed a day working out since no one had a reasonable offer. On the first day of my inspection, the receptionist at the unit call NMMC Wellness Center and asked for a deal to workout for a few days. Thank you ma'am. Its a great place. If I lived there, I would definitely be a member. Once again, lots of cardio machines e.g. Cybex Arc Trainers, Pecor ellipticals, and treadmills. Also, there is an indoor track and outdoor track as well. Lots of weights and cybex machines. I really enjoyed this place. There is also a 4 lane indoor pool with a jaccuzzi too. Just when I thought it couldn't get any better, once after a workout, I found the WiFi connection on my iPod and was able to check my work email. This was the best experience on this trip. Recommend the Wellness Center for anyone serious about working out. Check it out.

I've been going to SNAP 4-5 times a week since 2010 - practically since it opened. The gym and the…read moreequipment are always clean and the people there are friendly. Since I go very early in the morning, the manager is not there, but when I leave a note, (i.e., need sanitizer at front door or out of paper towels) they always promptly take care of it. There are several classes available at reasonable hours too. I would say it's a great place to get your workout on.
