I ran up to Home Depot and purchased it (I had already read the reviews & had a strong recommendation from my brother) and Mike was able to send guys out to install the new one the same day. I wasn't expecting such quick service but I was really getting frustrated with the old one and calling Apple Garage Door was the best thing! The guys were here less than an hour and took the old one away. All the remotes worked including the keypad. The opener is quiet too. I will definitely use them again if needed.
