We live in Lawson, And called them and the woman we talk too was very nice. She schedule us for the next day in the afternoon. The main spring above the door snapped in half and the cables was shot and so was the bearings and the pipe as I call was warped. Well, the next day came around got a call from the nice lady. and asked me if ok if tech showed up right on time! I said sure! He got here and look what was wrong and did a excellent explaining what he was going to do, and how long it would take him. which was about an hour. And by golly he was done in about that time frame. The only thing I can say bad, is they are pretty pricey. 1200 plus Dollars. they have a military discount. But no senior citizen discount. read more

I was pleasantly surprised and impressed at the professionalism with which the employee - Steven - showed. He gave me a window of time and came promptly and went right to work - on the weekend day! He checked the doors and was very thorough with what he did. He also explained to me the reason my door was behaving as it did. Fantastic service! Our spring came off around 7pm and I called to see when they could be there. He was very friendly and professional and scheduled me for tomorrow morning. Then when my son came home and fixed it I called at 9pm to cancel and the same gentleman answered and didn't make me feel bad for canceling. I'll call them next time I need garage door work. read more

He showed up within the hour and fixed my door in an hour as well. I knew my torsion spring was broken but decided to take care of both while he was here. I explained that the door opener seemed to struggle some for the several months, but I was not sure the correct springs were installed by the builder. He looked at the springs and agreed that he had a larger spring that would make it easier for opener and last several thousand more openings. Mark was very quick, clean, and thorough through the whole process. He lubricated every single part on both my doors not just the one that was broken. He adjusted the chain on one opener. Then he literally adjusted every single hinge until the door was rolling smooth as ever and very little noise!! Would highly recommend him! Even heard him give out a competitors name and number to contact for someone who called out of his service area. Could have easily said he doesn't work in that area and been done.

On a Saturday morning, my fiancé needed to get to her shift as a RN in the ER. Tried to open the door to realize that the tension spring had busted. I called Kenny who answered on the first ring and assured me he would be at my house in about an hour. He actually arrived earlier. Replaced the spring which was apparently inadequate from the start in quick fashion. Very professional, prompt, and attention to detail.
