So I had a incident when I left my vehicle to be worked on and the actual key the mechanic needed on a separate ring but on the same hook fell off and they got my husbands truck key instead of mine. Instead of calling me they forced the wrong key again and again until they broke my ignition and then wanted $220.00 to fix it and I would have a two key thing. Fontana Brake and Carlos did this to me and didn't say sorry either. I called Christian and explained what had happened and he said he could fix it and did, he also promised 2 dealer keys at no additional charge which took a few days to get his order but he did come back and cut those keys. I had called Anytime Lock and Key Co and had them come out on 9/19/21 around 10 AM. I forgot the person's name (sorry) but he was very professional and explained what was going on. The call was pertaining to a broken key (kids) in the ignition of a 2019 Toyota Corolla. First I am amazed that he was able to get it out since it was broken inside the ignition and he even tested the correct key to make sure the car started and the key worked correctly after the extraction. The cost was very reasonable and coming out on a Sunday was another bonus because it saved us from being a car down before school started on Monday.
