Showed up just before Christmas to get some keys to our Scion XB copied from our master. We were greeted by Ebony (hope I spelled her name right), who was incredibly friendly and personable. Service from Abdul, the key dude (I kinda don't know what the formal name for a man of his expertise prefers.. keysmith?), was quick and he was super knowledgeable and thorough. Horrible experience here. I was quoted a price over the phone to fix my door. The technician did an excellent job. However, once he was done he was trying to charge me double the price that I had agreed on over the phone. He then called his boss and put him on speaker and he then started arguing with me about the price. This place is by far the cheapest prices you'll find in rancho I was able to program one of my keys that is push to start for only $75 other places wanted to charge me 190 or 120 for just the program, I spoke to Abdul and he was the one that gave me the price.
