Two out of the four ignored my request and the other two said they couldn't do the job. Then I contacted Ali. He asked for pictures of the lock and said he could come down and give me a quote. He came down at the time he specified and eventually installed, which ended up being three new locks for me. I don't think he installed this kind of lock before but he was able to figure it out. He could have just said, "I don't install these kind of locks" and left but he took the time and got them installed correctly.
