Outstanding service from our plumber, Hyram! It's the third time we've used HIP in the past year…read more We had a high pressure water leak on the input side of our water softener. Another plumber that our realtor called since we were out of town when the leak was discovered said we needed to call the manufacturer to get a new part or buy a new water conditioner. Hyram said the big box store water softeners are often cheaply made. He recommended a higher quality softener but he also thought he could fix the leak by removing the flex hoses and "hard plumb" the pipes to the softener. By aligning the pipes better the pipes cold move vertically under pressure without breaking the seal. His idea worked wonderfully and we were able to get the system back online and working like new for a fraction of the cost. Again, our plumber Hyram was outstanding. They know the filter I need why do I have to see Robert two times at least Last time last year, I said you're leaving before you charged me for the years maintenance. Robert's response to me was is the air-conditioning working and I said yes and he says like you don't need a maintenance agreement. Not the right answer.
