On, May 30th I had DND plumbing come to my mother's house to replace a cartridge and screws in in her bathroom faucet. I was given an appt. time of 8:00 to 8:30. Charged us 300 to clear a blocked line & the issue came back the same week. They came back to take another shot at it but told us we needed to contact someone else with cameras. Additionally they did not come prepared with their own ladder or supplies to keep literal sewage juices off our floors/personal belongings.
