He was the only company that explained and told me about his experience and quality workmanship. Izzy and his nephew Anthony really did a quality job, always arrived on time, pride of a job well done, no mistakes, no cut corners and completed on time without any surprises of additional charges. I have been dealing with a sink that has had trouble draining since buying this house. I originally called Red Cap plumbing and that was a disaster. They damaged my sink pipe work and took two weeks to come and fix it, left a disaster of a mess in my kitchen, and never fixed the drain problem and still charged me! Then I called Perez Plumbing and WOW what a difference in customer service and expertise. I work long hours so Mr. Perez was nice enough to make an early appointment for me and was here even earlier than we agreed which was great for me. He augured the line but still didn't like the flow so he said nope not yet. He cleared the line 2 more times and then said "that is the kind of flow we are looking for." The whole job only took about an hour and he left my house spotless. I already had an idea of what the cost may be from researching online but to my amazement he was 1/3 the price I was expecting. Mr. Perez and his company come HIGHLY RECOMMENDED by me. I have already told some of my friends and neighbors if they need plumbing work this is the company to call. I checked with numerous Plumbers before I selected Izzy at Perez Plumbing. Family owned and operated, licensed in plumbing, and gave me a quote over the phone. Most plumbers were a group service with very bad reviews and only one gave me a quote. Izzy replaced the bolts in my toilet tank and did a great job and was very clean and a very nice person. Didn't try to upsell me with contracts or things I didn't need. He checked my other toilet as well as of course bolts are rusted but said they didn't need replacement ay this time. We first called to find out what it would cost to install our water system in our garage with this company. We were shopping. Installing such a $2500 + system is not an immediate decision. There are many factors and so we wanted to gauge the pricing and their advice in the market before making a final decision on any company. A couple of weeks later we called to set a time and date for the instillation as we believed they were reasonably priced and were familiar with our system. More importantly, the install would have to now be outside as our water main is located on the opposite side of our garage. The call was about the installation outside, a stable foundation to place it on, and the price of it all. Our call was met with the most rude, unprofessional, and low treatment from the "manager". This woman, this so called individual in a "manager" position chastised me on why we yet have not decided on them and that we already called a couple of weeks ago. I in turn asked the plumber's number so my husband could contact him directly and discuss all of the details as there was no way I would continue speaking to this repulsive individual. She in the end did not give me the plumber's number who would be serving our home and ended up hanging up the phone on me. I asked my husband to call and settle this issue with the "manager" - the same person answered the phone. The second conversation was also met with unprofessionalism and also hung up. read more

I spoke with Izzy regarding an estimate to re-pipe our home, he came out promptly, the same day, explained exactly what had to be done, and provided the best quote of three different plumbers. I was hoping to use Izzy to complete the work, however being that it was part of an insurance claim, I was regretfully forced to utilize their preferred plumber. I originally called Perez plumbing to change out the bidet. Miguel, a Perez team member recognize that my tank overflow was deteriorating quoted me a reasonable price and fix the tank replaced the parts and installed my new bidet all within and hour and hung around a few more minutes to make sure there was no leaking or any other problem that would occur. Miguel was courteous,professional and had a big smile on his face the whole time. I would recommend Perez plumbing to all. The price was right the workmanship was superior, they came in and took care of what had to be done and more. Last year - Set up an appointment to have a NUVO water softener installed. Was told the plumber would be at my home 9am - 11am. Waited until 1pm - no plumber and no call from Perez office. I called office and was told that the assigned plumber was fired and they would re-schedule for another day. I said, "No thanks." Perez Plumbing went out of their way for us. After speaking to the lady at the office about my sewer backing up she easily explained what could possibly be wrong and was quick to send someone to my house within an hour. When Mr. Perez arrived he checked our sewer and put a camera down the line and discovered tree roots had broken into my sewer pipes. He explained to me what would need to be done to replace the broken sewer and gave me a price to do the job. To make a long story short he made the repair to the sewer, kept my lawn in tact as best as possible and charged me exactly what he said he would.
